Oh and by the way, why should Dogecoin be the crypto of the people? Is something wrong with BTC or so??
As I've said (too often) before, BTC was invented to fights 'BGC' - banks, governments and corporations. If corporations start to defend and embrace BTC, there's something fishy going on. Some of them probably think, if you can't fight it, embrace it. But they're in it for the dollars, not for the Bitcoins.
So I'd rather have seen BTC go up very slowly year by year being bought little by little by small average-joe investors, instead of being pumped by corps like Paypal (or Musk whatever), who only see this as a way of doubling their dollars - freeriding on the back of their average-joe users of course, instead of as a worthy alternative for dollars.
In Dutch we have this expression loosely translated to "when the fox preaches, watch over your geese". Not sure if one can say it in English, but I'm sure you get its meaning.
