There is a time to take risks and there is a time to take a step back and observe the price movement for awhile.
One can give a lot of (spreadsheet) reward, the other can prevent a lot of (spreadsheet) loss.

Oh no we're poor again!  Angry

So is this it? The great down before up?

I am hesitating to fire my last few quid off the bank account to the broker.
But then i'd be stepping into over-investment territories.

guts say: do it, now!
mind says: don't overinvest.
so what to do now?

Bears dipping their paws into some weakish resistance lines.
I'm ready for surprises, don't care which sort of.

EDIT: Seems we're in for another round of Bitcoin Limbo?  Shocked

25.9 or 30 for the bottom?
I agree that 25-26 is a tad low, but 30 is not lower low in a corrective move. Such lower low was achieved every single time in 2017 before it sharply reversed.
Let's call it 28-29K in around 20 days or so ,  Grin

"Let's" (another form of the royal we) not and say we did.

Whoa? One-liners don't really work for you  Wink.

I am not going to argue with you on that one, Biodom.

THIS IS FINE! (at least so far)

and if we broke through the bottom at the end of the triangle, than we are fucked or more "buy the fucking dip"-again ... Cheesy

Seems that the 24 hours are critical, to the moon or definetly death

This is sooo.... binary  Grin Cheesy
WO became a lil bearish, it seems?

You cannot judge the whole of the wall observer by a mere few straggly parts.

Can ya?

TBH, i was also thinking about to mention your absence s another bearish indicator  Cheesy
Buttt... i was only referring to currently active writers (at that time). Feels unusual (or i forgot what it was like last time).
And of course, i took it with a grain of irony  Wink

FWIW, now that today didn't turn out to be the complete shit-show I feared it might, moved some cash back to Gemini, looking to scoop $34k again, and orders in $500 increments all the way down to $30k.

Probably start doubling my buy amounts if we drop into the high $20k's.

EDIT: Ok, and order placed to scoop some dip @ $34.5k because heck why not (double-tapping $34.5k)
EDIT2: $34.5k just got filled as expected.

Clueless!
The upcoming geriatric leadership of the US banking thinks that 'cryptocurrencies are used mainly for illicit transactions' when the actual number from chainalysis is 0.34% and that number actually declined from 2% few years before. I am sure that more 0.34% of car movements and coffee drank was done by criminals as well.
This stupidity never stops.

Well, it is the only way they have to 'centralize' a 'decentralized' cryptocurrency like BTC/LTC, etc. They simply say what 'centralized' wealth wants them to say

we can't control it and centralize it 'unless' we regulate the hell out of it..thus taming it like other things like banks, etc.

That way, via 'regulation' we can manipulate price and usefulness with the fear of 'decentralization' which from this point on 'we shall call' 'chaos'

So to think that the centralized wealth and power of the world was 'not' gonna push back, well....that was a 'bit' optimistic! No one is ever so

pissed off as those who have 'missed' the boat on a major wealth generator like BTC/Crypto. Sour grapes make for a crummy wine. Smiley\

This is particularly glaring in that the very liberal left-wing (skoff!) Forbes Magazine today said it this claim of

illicit use was 'bogus' by Yellin.

https://www.forbes.com/sites/haileylennon/2021/01/19/the-false-narrative-of-bitcoins-role-in-illicit-activity/?sh=9065ecd3432f

Well, the fact that both Yellin and the head of the central bank of the EU continue to just ignore the fact it is not true...well....can we say 'panic?'

at the fact BTC has gone up from the low of March 18th, 2020 BTC price of $5,292.78 (see www.coinmarketcap.com) to the current price now of

$34,735.61  (again, www.coinmarketcap.com) that is a 6.5628 times increase of 656.28%!

I'd be 'crapping' my pants as former central bankers myself.

So let the sh*t show begin...it shall be the classic economic battle between 'limited resources and demand' and centralized authority and regulation.

Anyway, kinda surprised it took Yellin and company to finally freak out and begin to freak out about this. Sad

The poor girl!  She'd been planning that for 4 years and Jack pulled the rug right out from under her with his permanent suspension of Trump.

Actually, the joke is on her... because the dig is completely lost on people like Trump.

Narcissists don't remember what they said 5 minutes ago, much less a year later. And when reminded of it, they don't fkn care. It's as if they never said it in the first place, and you are petty and stupid for even bringing it up. Selective amnesia and all.

That's why it's not really a 'burn' to people who are Teflon-coated. You can never "gotcha" these types. They are frustratingly unaccountable.

Anyone who has been around corporate executives (VPs, C-Level, etc.) will know exactly what I'm talking about.

Awww don't tell her that!  She'll stop eating and talking again.
