Yeah Anne Frank and Harriet Tubman weren't exactly violating "cultural decency"
Anne Frank was violating the Nazi murder machine and Harriet Tubman was violating slavery.

On a different note
Guys and gals, I'm in Istanbul and it turns out bitcointalk is blocked in Turkey.  I'm using a vpn, obviously.
Which brings me to ask you crypto enthusiasts posting from around the world, which countries block this forum?
Inquiring minds want to know.
So, they were in fact violating the cultural decency at the time. What is your point?

Hello fellow holders,
I'm a medic in italy, i didn't even checked the price during the last month.  My total btc+fiat stash halved during the first week of this shit, but this don't even seem important like now.
This morning i woke up too early and took some benzos to sleep, this is my first relaxed sunday since a loong time ago, so i decided to have a look at the forum.

Too much memes. This is a serious shit.

Politicians and even hi-ranked medics made some foul decisions and are constantly under-thinking, the pcr test is absolutely inadequate in the real practice (over 30% false negative in a real setting), clinical diagnosis is difficult but the only way.

If some health professional need help I can put my whole month of constantly changing knowledge about how to manage the epidemic on the plate, we made many errors and now hospitals are infected and spreading the virus on healthy population. One of the main problem here is that in the current situation the power of the clinicians about how to manage their activity is very limited, stupid directives are raining on us and disrespect them is difficult., but sometimes due.

If someone have for some reason some ffp2/3 masks or some class III suits or any kind of protection (not money) and is willing to donate please contact me, I will immediately inject the material in the italian health system bypassing beaurocracy.

I can produce any kind of proof.

I'm not reading the forum, so if anyone need help or can help please PM.

Sorry for the OT, but I don't use any social media and my social interaction is very limited for obvious reasons, so I used this forum for my
Outburst.

Keep hodling

It would appear that HBO has made a lot of their shows free to watch. It's a great time to watch The Wire if you never saw it.

I wonder is it worth watching The Sopranos at this point?

Never saw it.

Yes! Also saw most of it.

The concept that a wiseguy would ever go to a shrink is a bit baffling. Once you can suspend that disbelief, which they do attempt to address, then its a great show.

But you know, they pulled it off in Analyze This... sort of.

I just created an account Gyrsur_Bot for later use and that is what I got after the first login. For the lulz.  Roll Eyes

That purported message from the forum is strange as fuck...  I never heard of that kind of thing, especially the ability to measure "units of evil" and evil can be atoned by paying a fee?    The phraseology, and the fun of the language just makes it seem like it is either a joke or just scammy weird.... I mean not very professional.
At today's bitcoin price, the fee is something like $30, and that does sound like a reasonable registration amount if there were some kind of issue; I suppose.  Anyhow, surely something weird here?  You have an active imagination, Gyrsur?
Are you sure that you are not attempting to pull a belated April fools joke on us?
You know April fools is just the 1st day of April, not the whole month, right?
24,580 units of evil

is that a lot?
Relatively speaking, the amount does not seem extra-ordinary when the forum translates it into a fee and purportedly the fee will remedy it (as a kind of "atonement"), but to me, still sounds either scammy to be asking or like a joke.  Maybe theymos has a good sense of humor while he is extracting some extra dollars/bitcoins/satoshis/grin from suspect accounts?  Maybe he should ask for bcash SV?  hahahaha.. and say that craig is the real satoshi?

yeah that guysyr is evil

1.34 for yours truly
also i just noticed via grin is an anagram of a virgin

btw the sacm is i ripped a friend off for the 823 satoshis, thx thermos i'll send you your cut maybe hhahaha no

Without giving too much about it away, I can tell you that when The Wire starts, your life stops, and you are  instantly transported into the story. Its that immersive.

Sounds really interesting.
Series are OK in my book also.

Especially if you have a visual aid like a nice joint.

Where on earth am I going to find that? We have lockdownkidding Wink

Strangely "The wire" I have not seen. And I am a movie junkie. Cheers!

Its a 5 season series about crime in Baltimore.

I watched most of it, especially seasons 3-5.

Its an extremely gritty, well-done show, with memorable characters. Also very sad at parts. But all-around gripping and excellent entertainment.

Its also where this meme comes from.

And a lot of memes really.

I'm not paying $19.99 for it but I did find it as a torrent, will download later. ATM I have to pay by the GB for data. Its kind of a pain in the ass.

No. This is a plague, not just some random woman violating cultural decency.

That said my country does not have a legal limit on freedom of movement. We don't need it. People understand that this is serious and are choosing to limit social contact. We don't have thousands of fucking smurfs gathering in one place like the French did.

The message is completely normal and units of evil has been a implemented deterrent for as long as I can remember.

And it does make sense JJG.
If you come here to take a shit - and hide in the process - you will have to pay, simple. Wink

Else, just don't use Tor.

We get it. You live in one of the dumbest fuck areas of America whose people don't travel because they generally hate foreigners, or are too stupid to use Google Maps. We're really happy for you. Now kindly shut the fuck up. You're embarrassing the rest of us.

Hey I watched this stupid film the other day:

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt8244784/

It'll dumb you down, but do watch. At least the trailer. Both of ya!

My current doggie has pretty short hair already.  I did have a longer haired doggie in the past that I used to shave every 4 months or so.

Self-Custody is a right. Say no to"Non-custodial"
I’m home and quarantined, though I was still to late with that Willy woo post, deleted it  Cheesy

I have a lil doggie that sometimes had gone over to that neighbor's location, and interacted with the person who is supposed to be infected.  I recall retrieving my dog from that location on a couple of occasions, and the neighbor would kind of invite lil doggie over, but the last time was quite a while back (maybe more than a month), but since hearing about the positive test result, recently I had gotten a bit worried because little doggie gets away and wants to go around the neighborhood visiting (unsupervised).  Some dogs get excited if they get loose, and I must admit that sometimes I am a little too permissive with allowing lil doggie to have moments of freedom.

Cut her hair and disinfect it. Cool

Gorgeous dog... photogenic, too.  #nohomo.
