I've been watching this rally carefully and it seems to be much more minute during every push for a rally instead of large gains.This might actually sustain the price provided no one sells quite a bit.
this market is gana crash that's for sure! sell at the top! 20ish dot something! 
Just to put things in perspective... Look at this 1 year daily log chart..
The log scale brings a more realistic view. IMO, this is just the begining of the UP trend.
(remember : the volatility in mid-august was due to a certain P___40 scam)
my Log view : not such a big climbing to date, lots of room for more..
doubling from 2 is going to 4
doubling from 10 is 20
doubling from 20 is 40
So, from 2 to 4 it's the same as from 20 to 40 from an investment point of view !

I just had a brief glimpse into future, in this future, I lol'd about 19$ for a Bitcoin. It felt just like today when I look at the prices of 2010.
