I also experienced bad support, which make me think they are fishy.
After receiving the ANXPRO debitcard, I topped up the visa card, but 7 days later I still haven't received the funds.
Several e-mail to support have been unanswered. So I decided to give them a call, got connected to an answering machine, which asked me to enter the 16-digit card code first. The computer told me that the card number is invalid, so I could not get connected trough.

This is not the best start for a new customer..

I will keep you updated if it gets solved.

Why would someone register an account just to come and necro a thread that is 15 months old.. Did you search anything? Did you contact them? Did you try anything? Tell you what (I've done this and know first hand) Go to the local store, whatever it may be for you, and buy a pre-paid credit card. Then try to add it to Paypal and see what happens.

Why does everybody try to claim scam withought first knowing a few things... There are many sites that have issues with prepaid cards. This is not knowledge that has come out of nowhere...

Guess I necro'd a necro.. but I just heard about ANXBTC and wanted to read some of what people had to say about it.

I have uploaded “ANXBTC.COM SCAM” video on YouTube to back my claims up and also have bad experience with this company.  It seems that you are trying to turn a blind eye on my case. Just wondering are you paid shill by ANXBTC? Have you even tried using their service yourself?

You don't have to believe what I have experienced with ANXBTC. I believe action speaks louder than words. Try to apply and order their ANX Premium Card. Then see for your self. Try to use your ANX Premium Card just like I did and and see if it works.

It seems that some people need to learn the lesson the hard way.

I'm sorry. Maybe we should start with the basics of what a debit card is? The best analogy I can give to a user who made an account on a forum to complain is: What the hell Playstation, why wont the Xbox one game I bought work!?!

Many people have had plesant experiences with the site. Seems sketchy that you created an account here and necro'd an old thread JUST to whine about something with some sketchy youtube video.

I have submitted a card order request on December 2nd ,2015. On December 4th I have received the mail from ANX International. There is a letter and ANX Premium Card in the mail. I have immediately signed my name using a ballpoint pen on the signature panel. Then I visit "https://anx.cards/” and followed the instructions on screen to activate my card. My card was activated within 48 hours. Please Note: There was no email sent regarding card activation.

I have tried link a card from my PayPal account but my ANX Premium Card is not accepted by PayPal. I see the message "This card is not accepted. Please use a different card."

I have tried to use my ANX Premium Card to pay through ClickBank Secure Order Form, but they were unable to authorize my payment.

I have tried to purchase an item on Amazon.com but my payment has been declined. They are having trouble authorizing my payment for the item.

On their website “https://anxbtc.com/pages/card” they claim their ANX Bitcoin Debit Card can be used for online shopping worldwide. Also on their FAQ page at "support.anxintl.com" they claim their client(s) can use the ANX debit card at any website that supports credit card processing. In fact, their claims are not true and is deceptive to their viewers and clients.

I have logged into my ANX account and tried to submit a withdraw request but it is not possible to do so.

I render the ANX Premium Card to be useless. I have lost USD$200 to ANX International. This is a fraudulent company. I will recommend everyone to stay far away from this company.

I feel very disappointed and frustrated with ANX International. I will never use their service(s) again.

I have uploaded “ANXBTC.COM SCAM” video on YouTube to back my claims up and evidence proving that I have opened an account with ANXBTC and a verified user. In addition, I have also deposit money into my ANX account and also ordered one ANX Premium Card.

I was thinking about opening an account but im waiting for my damn xapo cards, if there are a scam then Im sure more complaints will follow, but this is the biggest complaint I heard on the Chinese market place.

It isn't a scam, it was just a minor problem, where OP, the user, did not attempt to resolve it and went straight to call it a scam.
Please register at ANXPRO, we aren't a scam. Also, this isn't the Chinese Marketplace.

I would like to say that I have colleagues/clients in HK that have processed over $100K USD with ANXBTC without problems.

In particular, the deposits with HK bank accounts have all been swiftly cleared by ANX staff within 3 hours during office hours, which is above expectations. Most fiat exchanges process fiat deposits overnight.

It is common for unhappy clients to accuse a business with a large customer base of being a scam. It is very hard to achieve 99% customer satisfaction, which means that 1 out of every hundred clients are unhappy in some shape or form.

Now, if you have 10K customers (I would imagine that ANXBTC would) then there is a potential for 100 slightly unsatisfied customers. Its quite reasonable that 1 out of these would be for whatever reason angry enough to call the company a scam - however does not change the fact that ANX is a reputable business with 99% customer satisfaction.

For reference, after being released for just one month, 1.7% of Apple iPhone 4 buyers were upset enough return the product for a refund. That does not make Apple a scamming company.

Well this went well, very nice and responsive response from the exchange, let's see if OP is satisfied now Smiley. Btw what are the requirements for the anx debit card, can it be used anywhere? where can I read more on it?

Hi there,

A rather sensational forum post but you have our attention.  Your most recent withdrawal request was sent to an invalid bitcoin address (you were missing the last 4 characters of your address).  I have corrected this for you and sent you your bitcoin.  The Tx ID is:  930c13c7cc779a84ccb01c8fd01a1637da2a3241dabb4bfbe2d54c17f8bd9350

Provided the nature of this post I do feel it's fair to provide some background on this.

* You ordered a debit card from ANX 13 days ago
* Owing to the fiat nature of a debit card, accounts must first be verified
* You kindly uploaded the necessary however we requested for these documents to be translated by a notary public as they were not in either English or Chinese.  Throughout the numerous back and forth emails between our support team and you (who noted this numerous times), this was never done.  Unfortunately as kind as it was for you to translate your own documents, we can not accept these.
* You result to emailing profanities to our support team, who have at all times stated we will happily issue you a refund.
* You received a refund and then attempted to withdrawal to an invalid bitcoin address.  I've since manually corrected this an your bitcoin has been sent.

I apologise if you feel the experience with ANX did not meet your satisfaction however I do honestly feel the majority of your claims are unwarranted.  To reiterate:
* You did not send in the necessary information to verify your account
* Your emails were all responded to in a timely manner
* Owing to your submission of an invalid bitcoin address, your withdrawal request was delayed.  We will soon be implementing logic to validate bitcoin addresses prior to allowing a withdrawal request below.  I'll admit if we had this functionality available yesterday, perhaps we would not be in this dialogue now.  I'll see if we can prioritize this piece of work.

Have a good day.

ANX

I have been a customer ANX, I have screwed up sends, sent Bitcoin to Darkcoin addresses, failed to enter transaction codes, generally have made all the mistakes all of us make as we learn.

The guys at ANX have been always awesome and I could not have more respect for them.

However what has happened today, I am trying to login and it appears they are down?

HELLO ANX where are you?

Hello, ANXPRO here.
The site is up for us, and there doesn't seem to be any outages. Please try again.

This is hardly a baseless accusation.

This is my balance http://i58.tinypic.com/2db8gp0.png

As you can clearly see it shows 0BTC and 0USD. I did withdraw the BTC, the first time the email came in like 5 hours late and had to be confirmed within 10 minutes which I obviously couldn't do since I don't live next to the computer, the second time I managed to confirm the withdrawal but didn't get anything.

As you can clearly see the person has claimed that the funds were sent when you can see in the address with any public chain explorer that it is not the case, this is lying/scamming plain and simple, whether due to dumbfuckery on the side of the support or intentional.

Ok. First, calm down. Second, I'm here to help.

What email provider are you using? Also, can you go to funds management -> Withdraw and screenshot the log?

It does have crypto transfer showing as processed to 1G7BbkkJiMEq7T9YP3cXPMkTgR6roZ. You can clearly see in the blockchain that this isn't the case though.

Please take a screenshot, I can't just take your word for what has happened.
Also, weren't the funds supposed to be in 1G7BbkkJiMEq7T9YP3cXPMkTgR6roZA9xK? Or are they supposed to be in 1G7BbkkJiMEq7T9YP3cXPMkTgR6roZ?

The full address doesn't seem to show, seems like it has been cut off. http://i58.tinypic.com/35lc2yq.png

Alright, I've forwarded this to my superiors. Please be patient, we'll get this issue resolved soon, don't worry.
