Whats the best way to find out what the devs are up to? Serious question, I want to know they're still working on this.

That's it, that's the best point to ponder the issue. Knowing that developers are on it from ICO up today by visiting their website, check the blog date if it's outdated or recent. They are too many ways to consider checking everything and not concluding something that can be the reason for others to quit their share and tokens.
It'll all goes into scam reg tags if an Altcoin can't survive in the wild though they're trying to make a good platform of business.
I really don't get instantly why people are naming them a scam with a reason before searching the wide web what on earth is happening with this ATS Altcoin.
All they need is to attract investors otherwise, they'll lose everything and people will start to fart as tagging them as scam.
That is why hard forks are still better than Altcoins, developers are too careful on upgrading the system hence although most Altcions has future too.
