I just did import my existing wallet, by writting the base58 of encoded seed in node.conf,
and my address was been added there. This was been checked in node-rest-api. And I see my address there.
So now, I can access to this address, using waves client and waves-lite-client.

Primary synchronization is so slowly, and take 3-4 days. 100 blocks per minute... after 1000000 block...
So I try to using blockchain import, now: http://blockchain.wavesnodes.com/
downloading this tar-archive is more faster. Few hours only.
After downloading, just unpack blocks from this tar-archive to "data", and synchonize the rest blocks from mainnet, then.
Blockchain have size over 25 GB, now.
Is this possible to save only last N-blocks on the node, and free disk space,
or set the limit 1GB for saving last blocks, for example?

Also, what about blockchain forks?
I see here: https://dev.pywaves.org/nodes/
some nodes have blockchain forked at N block.
Is there any consensus about forks?
Is there any node where is exists the actual and longer blockchain?
Is there any override, or forked blockchains is continue there, locally, on this nodes, in decentralized network?
Because, I see, some nodes have forked blockchain, and this nodes are connected - with opened port...
So, if some nodes with forked blockchain have the opened port, why no any blockchain override there,
with replace invalid forked blockchain to actual longer blockchain?

P.S.:
After downloading tar-archive with blocks, according this guide, but waves-all-1.0.2.jar tell me an error.
But old version waves-all-0.15.4.jar working normally with this blocks, inside tar-archive.
Maybe there is no backward compatibility, so need to fix this.

P.P.S:
I see the node with version v0.15.6 working good with .tar-archive.
But verification of blocks processing after connect to the nodes.
The node with version v0.16.2 ask for rebuild storage.
So, now I'm trying to importing blocks from binary file for node v1.0.2...
Downloading blockchain, according this guide...
After downloading this binary file, I see the verification of blocks is processing locally, without connect to the nodes.
And this verification of blocks - processing more faster.

Since the community node programme started, already 770,000 WAVES has been leased to small community nodes! Yesterday, another 27 nodes received 15,000 WAVES for leasing.

Did you apply? Check the status of your application here!

Bettertokens review board should be dismissed in favor of community voted tokens.

Ticker removal is a backwards move because of 4 letter limitation.

According to Bettertokens my project can't improve the white paper and be approved for qualified status, and it seems it cannot improve white paper and issue a new token that was not publically sold and apply again.

Bettertokens are way too powerful and centralized for new projects to prosper.

Marquise $Museum was in production for 3 years of which 2 in crypto, and now the asset is ready to deliver and we cannot get qualified and instead will lose ticker in december.

An entity like Bettertokens is easy to pusho over by governments such as Russia, who knows where crypto is considered a threat to the status quo, because it is.

It is a very underhanded way of subverting the industry, to place sock puppet gatekeepers everywhere.

There is nothing wrong with my project and two teams in London and America are ready to improve white paper and even send a new un used token for review, but my guess is that Bettertokens will make new rules that prevent indepdent projects that are not on the inside from getting through.

Same with coinmarketcap indexing, they only list their own because it would otherwise rupture status quo.

Look at Bittrex, and that was in America, land of the free.

Waves is a Russian team, what chance do they have against Russian military.

Considering thqt this coin is over 3 years old, how much money does the team have left for development?

IMHO they have not any problem, having sold their technique recently (see vostok story)

I see, will look into it. Thanks.

everyone who put btc, time, and effort into waves has been punished as of this point. its been no gain all pain for waves holders

It's never been easy, not only waves, basically, all of alts are doing the same. Let's say Wanchain, I bought it at 17k satoshi and now it's around 2k satoshi.
compared to Wan, Waves is doing fine, to be honest. It's just it is not time yet.

I know a person who bought Waves around 80k satoshi but overall situation is pretty hard for all altcoins it doesn't matter what is going on. I also Waves will show good performance when there will be some kind of relief will come.
Even if relief comes, I don't think we can come back easily, more accurately, returning perfectly is very unlikely, a loss to some extent is probably what will happen because as you say, the situation is not good for altcoin, especially for old altcoin as waves, the market seems to want to erase its position and help a new altcoin replace. However, I still hope the development team can create a large and long-term event to pull the community back after this collapse, help Waves return to the original

Is this possible to add address from existing seed, and to add it to wallet.dat on the running WAVES FULL NODE?
If yes - how?
I don't see option on NODE REST API...
Just export seed for wallet.dat (long base58 string), and seed for existing address (short base58 string).
This is not seeds with words in "poetry" encoding.

How decentralized is this so called dex when tokens can be switchedon and off (vst) and announcement bars rolled out on every client? Is this open source? is this voting based? It seems that this is centrally controlled like all other exchanges

do you know what decentralized means Huh

heck with your toughts none of the exchanges is dex , cause who puts the coins on the first place on that dex and removes it ?

what gain do i get running a node with 1k waves ??

i mean is it worth it ?
Hello. For now it depends on the amount of transactions in Waves network and the total leased WAVES in blockchain.
You can also start leasing. To start leasing: open any Waves wallet (Desktop/Online/Mobile and find a section "LEASING", choose "START" and enter the address of the node you want to lease your WAVES to, choose the best for you from the list https://forum.wavesplatform.com/c/pools.
Best regards, Waves Community Manager.

Around the same as leasing but leasing gives a "steady" income, running your private node with 1000 Waves there can be hours, days or weeks between blocks.

But if you can find people who lease to your node of if you just want to support the network it's great to run a node.

How to setup my own waves node to do mining waves and accept leasing?
Is there any guide? Is this node portable? Can I specify the folder to save blocks of blockchain?
How long synchronization will be processed?
Is there any sence to setup my own node or will be better to lease waves for larger LPOS pool?

Hello, the minimum requirements for running a node are: 2 core/2-4 gb ram/20-30 gb hdd (better ssd), and 1000 WAVES on your balance.
Practically all info about running a node on Waves is here:

WAVES will be listed on Coinbase. Just wait for a while till Coinbase finishes their technical preparation to list 7 new coins on their platform, includes WAVES.

These new assets include, in alphabetical order: Algorand, Cosmos, Dash, Decred, Matic, Harmony, Ontology, and Waves.

This good news does not yet have a big influence on the rising price of Waves tokens, I think I should be more patient waiting for Waves prices to return above $ 2 USD
