The RIDE language will soon be getting a huge update!

Watch our teaser trailer about the brand new features and improvements that are on the way: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aW4DYoKQF90

I understand Solidity language is being identified with Ethereum, though I hope if you can give us a comparison of these two languages in terms of its features and effectiveness. Imho.

Programming language doesn't vary so much, they may have different names but variables, functions and how they are called are somehow almost the same. I have no idea about RIDE but i'm sure they can update the language just like the rest.

The update about WAVES though are constantly making its price stable.

Anyway, if some developers would find RIDE attractive and easy to implement, then it could spur new development projects under the WAVES platform which could help it boost and grow. Imho.

Just saw my waves client and came across some received transactions that are marked as suspicious. What are these suspicious token? How do they filter them?
Greetings.
Always stay attentive with assets within your wallet and don't get captured by scammers' tricks. Btw, take into account that assets with fraud attempts will fall into a spam folder and are all marked as "Suspicious". So you don't need to filter them.
Best regards, Waves Community Manager.

Will do. Thanks for clarifying it. Will stay out of any tokens that are marked suspicious by the WAVES client.

After their first successful founding round and the ongoing airdrop of 30,000,000 VST, I am wondering how many Vostok tokens there will be in total. Does anyone know?

Hello Darkoth89. The total supply is 1 billion. Please, use this site for more info - https://vostok.io/

Sincerely, Waves Community Manager

30 years ago, Tim Berners-Lee invented the World Wide Web.

Today, we are celebrating the launch of Web3.0 – a new era in the history of the internet.
Web3.0 will see the decentralisation of many of the online services
we use every day, making them more secure, private and user-friendly.

To find out more, check out our new website and the latest blog post

This article offers a  good insight into various technologies that will compose Web 3.0 and I ponder it could happen so soon and by the way, just found out Waves Keeper app to be cool just like Metamask for Ethereum.

Could someone kindly confirm that there is no way to check the validity of wallet downloads with any checksum hashes please?

I can find absolutely NOTHING.

1/4 Billion Market cap....... and no hashes for downloads  Huh
Hello. Indeed, there are no available checksums for official Waves products. Our team consider all ways to implement it.

Kind regards,
Waves Community Manager

I could not find checksum hashes for light wallet either.
However for full node software, checksums are available on Github page. See here https://github.com/wavesplatform/Waves/releases
