I don't think waves.exchange is the right place to go to, I'm not even sure if it's owned by the Waves team anymore.
But to be clear: the Waves ICO ended in may 2016.
The warning that the ICO website would be disabled is from august 2016.

Crap that was a long time ago. lol Someone yet is left. You must have been one of the early investors in crypto who just didn't mind spending BTC while it's still less than $1k.
