I think we live in another world. Waves now has developed so that its speed and convenience for the user will calmly increase its value and number of users.
Waves has more to develop because these days Eth has still been the most used and popular with its platform that can easily to access. I agree with others waves has slow development and needed more features so in price could rise soonest.

Yes, Waves currently less active in terms ICO. Although this isn't a factor that causes its value to weaken. Waves need a fresh idea in order to appear shining like some time ago. Now more ICOs are based ETH contract.
Their team is celebrating the hallowen, but when it comes to the work, they only make simple announcements. Big investors of waves are sick of this slow progress. They're leaving it.
Waves team should beware of this!

WAVES just need 2-3 big ICOs in 2018 and people to see how fast and cheap they are and the price will go 3-5x. And still WAVES will be cheaper and faster than NEO and ETH.
Even if there will be 1 successful ICO, WAVES price will go up faster.
Right now only scam ICO's happened in Waves, such as Bowhead, Shadowtoken, Primalbase. WAVES need better/legit ICO's.
I agree with you. However one will not be enough to clear the previous mess. So 2-3 legit ICOs is the minimum to have a real impact on WAVES price. To gain some investors trust.
Still hoping that the price of WAVES will recover, in terns of feature i do really love waves i can trade and exchange easily with that being said the future of waves is still bright and im still looking forward from it. These future development would make a great opportunity to make WAVES' price to go higher.
I pray this should happen and happen very soon as I have some value of wave that I want to dispose off! Wave bullish market will serious been to many of us favor. I expected this bullish momentum to commence since the beginning of this months but it did not happen because of the news from Russia that bitcoin and others cryptocurrency can be used for fraud and wave is a Russian coin. The last time I checked wave was below $4 and I believe a good pump will take wave above $8 before end of this year.

WAVES is of the few coins not hardly pumped yet that is strong supported by fundamentals and can be around for a long time so everyone should consider counting on it for your long term portfolio, unless you are a speculator/gambler that go only for the short term risky bets.
Exactly, it is worth investing a bit of your profits in the waves. I think it has a high chance of going up a few fold in the 2018

They have working Decentralized exchange and organized few successful ICO.
Personally i like waves most over many cryptocurrencies.
I think it is a very good opportunity to pick some waves before it explodes.

I got to agree that there are some better than Ethereum, tech wise, platform wise etc. But no ETH won't die. They are first to market and what we often see in economics is that the first to market has an advantage, simply because they're first. They might lose some of the market share to others but overall summing everything up in that category they will relatively hold the largest market share. Now this industry is quite new so some historical events might not replay accurately as what we're used to.
Market share in 2020: (example)
Ethereum 30%, Waves 15%, Lisk, 10%, Stratis 20%, Neo 20%, all others combined 5%.
As you can see Ethereum's market share sharply declined but remains dominant relatively to others. So this is just a little example that shouldn't be taken serious except for the point it try's to illustrate. And yes I know I left out some like Qtum, again just an example to illustrate.
