Once the process starts and once exchange will add Waves you will be able to send your Waves from your ICO account to exchange.
If you go to coinmarketcap and look at the global market cap chart, you see that the rise of BTC is due to outsiders getting in and not because of altcoin holders selling for BTC (with it's rising rate, that is a given, really. Otherwise, it would be carnage). The market cap of all crypto currencies combined rose almost two billion in the last two weeks. This, as a default, rises the value of most crypto currencies.
Bitcoin is the grandmaster of cryptocurrency... At first, outsider will look for BitCoin only.. But as time goes by.. they will start see prospect in altcoin..

At the moment, light client needs for soft start to withdraw your ICO tokens.
You can do whatever you like with your waves. You can leave tokens in your ICO account and come back to them in a few years to send it on exchange. In the near future will be able to withdraw only part of Waves from ICO account.

True and very good point. while all the alts bleeding, is it good time to launch waves in exchange? Not a favourable time IMO

I think we will see btc over 1000$ just after halving guys so right now 650 could be the high
