Waves looks very promising platform and a very profitable investment for a long term. I am in!

Waves looks amazing, its really the next big crypto-thing! They can reach a market cap like coins in top 10 soon. I'm in this boat too, and will increase my stake.

Looks like Waves is all set to breach it's ATH during this bull run. Many people are asking what is the news on for this rise. I would suggest them to follow Sasha on telegram, he post almost everyday. And that you'll keep apprised on the project updates.
How do I add him on telegram?

Would it be technically possible to implement two-factor authentication? Feeling very insecure every time I login into my waves light wallet.

Yes I like that, they should implement that it's necessary so far waveswallet.io is not being clone yet just like what's happening to myetherwallet, this is the reason why I opted to open 3 account on waveswallet.

So I just installed the lite wallet, everything has gone smooth thus far. I'm really new to all of this and would want some help. What exchange do you guys recommend me using? I have heard a lot about Bittrex, but why not use something like Shape Shift? Is it because of the fees, or does Bittrex have fees aswell? I have my money loaded up on Kraken right now, so I guess I have to buy something there and send it over to another exchange and trade for Waves.

The whole market looks really inflated right now. Do you think that $3 is something that will happened soon? The last weeks have only been pumps and I'm hoping for a dip. I have watched the market for 2 months now and there has certainly been times where I wish I could have bought.

Good job on making your decision to include yourself in the Waves community. Right now, I'm mainly using Bittrex when I got the chance to trade Waves/BTC pair. You could also use the DEX inside Wave's lite wallet. It is a Decentralized Exchange where you can trade Waves and other tokens agains BTC, USD, and EUR. They just recently added ETH support there.

In terms of when to buy (price-wise), I think this is still a very good time to buy waves. Few days ago would be the best opportunity but the price right now is still cheap. Just bear in mind that you should see this as a long-term investment. And do your own research accordingly.
Thanks!

Is the Lite client safe within itself? I have created a very long and difficult password and saved it somewhere secure. Is this enough to be secure?

I also don't understand the thing about "Waves fee". Do I only need to pay for the fee when I'm trading within the Lite Wallet? What if I buy from an exchange and send Waves to my Lite Wallet?

Defend Bitcoin and its PoW: bitcoincleanup.com
Hey guys, what was the reason for the recent price increase?
well maybe there's something that insiders are expecting out from the project and they wanted to have an early bag holds before it will be
announce  just keep checking the exchange and we will see here if dev will give some information regarding to any updates.

Ah ok, I thought I have missed some public announcement.

Have you got BTC or ETH at Kraken? If so, i'd suggest to send some of them to your WAVES wallet and exchange them on DEX (the exchange of the wavesplatform) to WAVES. For your first WAVES buy you would need 0.003 WAVES which you don't have of course at this point. To overcome that problem, you could use our jump starter service: https://wavesmine.com/jumpstart.

Hey guys, what was the reason for the recent price increase?

I suppose people are getting ready in advance because they expect the price to raise way more in a week or so from now. Probably related to this.

I still have my waves and will not sell. The waves team has been doing an awesome job so far and I believe Sasha will keep leading this project to the moon and beyond.

Yep, WAVES is looking extremely good at this moment.

Lots of utility and upcoming features and more and more ICOs using the platform that can actually handle stuff unlike the ether network.

Waves is the great opportunity to do a good investments for a long time. The more and more ico will be held on this platform, and Waves will take part of the market from Ethereum.

Hey guys, what was the reason for the recent price increase?
I'm not quite sure but it might be because of the recent shadow token ICO
I've been following shadowtoken discussion and seen they're quite active
mostly I think they use btc or usd but you still need waves to pay fee transaction, right?
anyway... I think in time when more token are sold or actively trade on waves
then waves' price will get higher and higher following the increase in trade volumes
