It all depends on the amount of money you are willing to invest in your promotion campaign. You can order publications and advertising on relevant news sites, but the higher the quality, the more expensive it will be. But bounties are also effective - it's both promotion and token distribution.

There are a lot of ways to promote a new coin. But the first step to a successful coin is to first create a good use case for the coin. If the coin had a good use case, people will want to adopt it.
Another way to promote a coin is through bounty campaign. This will make it popular within the cryptocurrency community

Minereum did it well, they distributed coins among a million Ethereum addresses, but they locked them. If you would like to use them, you need to pay and after that you start mine these coins, this prevent dump what happened regularly after airdrop.  Smiley

What are some good ways to promote, distribute/sell a new coin? Please list some good techniques, so on and so forth. Thanks again.

First thing first, develop the coin to have value, how? By having a use case because without it even promoting the new coin and selling might not end well. To promote the new coin, a bounty, or airdrop or even both can be held, for bounty social media campaign (Facebook, Twitter and maybe LinkedIn) is a good one as well as content campaign (Article and YouTube) as it will make people understand easily what the project is all about. Signature is also a good one as most forum members will be aware of such project.
Promotion comes before selling in this case, depending on the funds the team have for IEO listing, they can choose any good exchange for IEO through which listing follows thereafter. Lastly have a strong community who are always free to air their opinions, while the team makes the best decisions.

Well i think in this social media era promoting something like a new coin will be easy. The company can run bounty campaign then they can catcht interest of investor. Also they can pay bounty hunter with their own coin
That's right, and for companies that are already well-known it will obviously be easier to make promotions, both in the form of campaign prizes and by advertising on every large site, because these two things greatly affect the interest of investors at this time.

will you just focusing to promote your coin ?  Shocked what about the project/product? i think you should have a good idea, projects and the clear roadmap first. then, go promote it in this forum or other social media. i'm sure some investors will interest to buy your coin after they think you have a very good and interesting project.

We have social medias like twitter and Facebook to spread the news about the project, this forum can get the job done too through bounty campaign but mind you make sure your project has something very new to deliver, repetitive ideas won't help

Right, I think the 10% Bounty is a good way to get the community involved with a nice way to spread some knowledge to maybe some new investors while also paying them for it. Its a win win for everyone.

I don't believe we need more technique to promote new projects. Only we can add trust site where new new projects will list instead IEO or ICO. For distribution token several process already exists in cryptocurrency on ERC-20 token but for new coin that's not possible.

If you are already aware of ICO, STO, IEO. if you are looking for something new recently I heard about ICTO it is Initial convertible token offering. Read it here https://medium.com/finnexus/deciphering-the-finnexus-token-offering-model-the-icto-6029dbe02610 . Some projects that are pre-funded do a direct listing without doing a sale and they distribute new coin by trading.

A lot of ways you can do that, First of all bounty campaign is common but popular way of promotion in any project. I think here big number of engagement will make a day. Because this is active platform & huge hunters wait for to do work. Kucoinplay is absolutely different which promote new projects in another way likes these task is daily basis. And we never satisfy their way of payment distribution because too much lengthy. Signature campaign able to create big promotion for new project if it would be btc payment.

The key is to form a wide network. In the digital age, the number of followers, group members, and the like is one measure of popularity. It was also a good opportunity to spread the word effectively, provided it was a real account.
So in my opinion, social media is an effective way to spread information about the project. Information that is updated, organized, ongoing, communicates progress openly and actively answers questions can provide a good image, so take advantage of that. In addition, by utilizing large forums that are influential in cryptocurrency, such as Bitcointalk also become an effective media. Especially if you can work with accounts that have a positive influence in the forum, there will certainly be a lot of participation.

First foremost is that make sensible project roadmap then introduce coin otherwise if you just focus on introducing a new coin then no one will buy it as you can see in current market there are plenty of altcoin which are shit and have 0 trade volume. Project is the major point because if your project is unique and require Blockchain technology then automatically u will get investor after u do little promotion stuff, as we currently lack good project in market. After than you can use this forum as platform to increase awareness about your coin.

Initially, through YouTube channels or through users with good number of followers, a project be it upcoming or existing can be promoted to a larger audience. But overtime, it tends not to be enough thus leading to more of Airdrops, bounties etc. So as a new coin, the first thing is, checking your budget and what you can afford to spend on promotion then going with it. You have to promote first before you can think of selling, this is to make people aware of what your project is all about.
Secondly, once the project is being promoted the team is meant to be working hard as well; if it's to have an MVP or to showcase what is already developed.
Then after a stipulated time, the team can look for an adequate exchange to conduct their IEO, ICO or as the case maybe. If they have their own funds they can still list on adequate exchanges.
Lastly to make the project worth it, the team have to keep developing.
Well, budgeting is always a priority for us to consider and besides that, we should deliver a project that has enough quality and the best promises, many projects come up with unreasonable ideas and do not implement the plans exactly while investors and participants need to validate those issues, focus on reality and know what we own. Returning to the best promise, bonding with a reputable and powerful exchange will be the best promise for the community, finally taking the time to run the campaign and pay the participants in full, all will be the basis for a new project that can come up.

There are actually lots of ways to promote a newly developed coin. We all know that social media is a big sector and that is being used by most people nowadays, even rich persons are now using social media for some business purposes. We can say that information is easy to spread using different social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and this forum. Primarily, the newest coins are first introduced here in the forum since the investors and bounty hunters are here, which they need in their project to grow and reach their goal.

You can see how most promotes their projects in the Bounty section, OP.
I don't have any statistics of the effectiveness of bounties like signature campaign, because the scope of it would pretty much be only in this forum. Promotion in social medias like Facebook, Twitter and article/blogging sites like Steemit would give you more audiences and potential investors so focus on that. I am not sure if the ban of crypto-related posts in Facebook is still in effect, so I suggest you keep an eye out of that if you're planning to promote at that platform.
Indeed, just what like I've said, bounties and signatures are first announced here at the forum since most of the investors and buyers are in here. Other social media platform is the best way to spread information about a new coin but the probability of getting investors is not that high, that's what I think.

You can promote new coins in many ways, first of all, you should introduce airdrops and also introduced bounty on BTT and also after that can launch IEO in different exchanges and can be efficiently distribute in exchanges.

Best known ways of promoting your own coin that you are planning on building is bounties, if you have funding via some sort of coin offering and spend bitcoin instead of your own coin/token that is not even published yet, you will get much bigger support since bounty hunters prefer to get paid in bitcoin instead of a made up coin/token, that is to be expected of course.

However for some reason, people who create a new coin promotes their own coin by spending their own coin which in return both diminishes the value of the coin by spreading it for free and also doesn't get as much attention as it could. Distribution should be limited to only people who buy/invest and help you get funded, which in return should be used to promote it with the funding you received for it.

many new projects we can see do not pay attention to what you say. there is no real product, even promises and plans made may be very sweet but not promising and unrealistic in market conditions. especially with the payment of campaign participants, many have ruled out this problem. and bounty hunters are only considered a problem for dumps in their markets.
