I think the best way to promote new coin is to have a good coin feature becauae all we know that if good coin will discover of the user and investor you don't have to pay to any marketing advertisement or any promotion to promote your new coin. I can't find any ways to promote, distribute and sell new project coin, if project hasn't good or legit. We know some project that will definitely success, how do we know? Only reason is project good. Scam project and low concepts project can't run IEO in top top exchange.

Actually, the bounty is a good idea, moreover, this is the easiest way to promote the new coin with a low budget at first. For, they can use the token from them. ICO, IEO, airdrop, and many more. I think that you must not put this as your main concern but your main concern should be how you can create a quality project over the quantity. Remember if people will be interested to buy of getting the coins which were having good quality rather than think about the quantity of such coin. It's better for you to forget whatever the distribution that you will use it to spread your coins but it's better to focus on the quality. POW is the best but people are interested in POS consensus rather than POW but if you are really skillful and then create a platform with hybrid consensus.
Well i'll probably hear lots of negative comments but I believe that the way Ripple aka XRP's "distribution layout" is setup is probably one of the best in my opinion out there. Somewhat off subject just because its not the title but none the less their business model is i think a fairly good one as well. If you have actual application in the market, those satisfied users will endorse your coin to their colleagues or family or friends.

good way you must have funds to all do it ,dont use your coin for payment we are't interested but you must to be use bitcoin for service provider promotion and remember that determining success is your initial capital ,next go to sell your new coins valuation products and team performance is influential in sale of your coin and most importantly you should look for early investors like the words "bittraffic" advice about Warren Buffet or Senator in your country

The best form of promotion is by running bounty campaigns to reach out to the crypto community. Or if there are enough funds allocated for promotion, influencers can be helpful. Also AMAs especially on YouTube aids a great deal. Airdrops too go a long way. I'm still trying to figure out what you imply by distribute/sell 🤔 a new coin? If you mean token sale, then for now IEO on a reputable exchange should be the best bet.
