This is getting rediculous.
Not so sure about the exchange...so far it's killed the coins more than it helps them. Maybe after a week, and a few services are created.

How hard is it to set up a p2pool? The thread made it looked pretty simple to do
LOL like the FC2 pool I was in just sucked for half a day where I missed a ton of shares.
The problem is you need to make sure you got its right because many of us with slow hashs love the pools so we can get something... but when you miss out on a half day to a day that really hampers those with slower hashrates.
Agreed, going to make a thread for a pool owner to step up.

Vern is running 9 pools at the moment I think he wants some of them to die off first but no harm in asking lol.
agreed, he has his hands full... this is why he is so good at it though right?
I vote for paul also he ran an awesome cnc pool when all the othet sucked hard and kept failing

6-10pm sucks so hard.
Would you rather no announcement and launch in the middle of the night like most of the other alt coins lately? lol
From what I've seen lately, people on the forums go crazy when one of these coins is late, its no wonder they gave a time range instead of a specific time.

+1 exchange will always be later/last, but things we can directly influence now are websites and pools. Seems they already have a nice website, now if we can just get a solid pool owner ready at launch time, we would be g2g.

New Rule: Every single altcoin launched by a JR Member is a total and utter fail. Move on, nothing to see here.
They probably just created a new account so the name matches the coin
. They should say who they are though if they have been another member for a while. Might help the coin gain rep.Side note... Anyone think we can get BigVern ready to make a pool at launch? Noticed this was a good idea with elacoin, and it would have been, but the pool that was released was so sloppy (not bigvern's, his was great), I ended up getting more coins solo mining.... Good pool would help bring in more people and more excitement to the coin.

OMG, Seriously, people are just randomly changing numbers without knowing WHY those numbers should be what they are.
15 seconds isn't going to be enough for blocks to get from one side of the network to the other. A couple of miners are going to modify their clients to ignore other chains, and just mine everything themselves. With blocks only 15 seconds apart, it's going to be almost impossible to avoid multiple, simultaneous, attacks on the coin.
I think you are missing the point of the coin though, which is to make a quick easy profit...as opposed to bringing anything useful to the table beyond that.

I hope you are paying attention to the other coins launched recently, check their topics out and don't make the same mistakes over and over again. Please!
