That's really helpful; after previous fuck ups (schrambeck) WDC (understandably) lost a lot of projects and supporters, we are still collecting the remaining pieces and starting again.

I just synced the last 3 weeks without any problems. Do you know the block # you're stuck on? (Is it 0 or 1?) Are you sure you have Worldcoin peers in your nodes? If you only reach bad alts they'll give you bad hashes.
