Becareful when choosing bounty projects, i know that no one is perfect and no matter how good you are you will end up promoting scam or shit project but at the same time learn from your mistakes, any project that got listed on exchange and lose value is a failed project, i only promote projects that have something to offer investors like real working product but at the same time the exchanges the project wants to list matters alot, so make sure you ask which exchange the project is going
You are right, projects that already have working products tend to be more trusted by investors, will automatically provide greater opportunities if we join as bounty hunters to support the project.
Next time, the OP should not expect too high, analyze the bounty allocation as well as possible, in this saturated market, the reality is not as beautiful as expectations. But never give up.

Yes, that's what bounties these days make us. They show us big big rewards on their spreadsheets but the real values of those rewards they offer us are sometimes not even up to $5 on the market. I feel bounty hunters are only being used as baits by project owners to catch their investors virtually for free. What do you think guys ?

This is a hilarious caption. Smiley. You deserve some award for the title. Anyway, like I always tell friends, the actual worth of your bounty tokens is calculated at the exchange not at ICO or IEO. Maybe you have to conduction your mind to this to help you manage expectations. Altcoin markets are bad at the moment

The title of this thread is funny indeed  Grin Grin Grin

But there is an element of truth in it. Many of us have accumulated a lot of tokens on spreadsheet only but the value when converted during exchange has turned to virtual dust. For instance, Bluenote. My BNOW tokens are basically worthless despite the fact that I earned so much of it.

Well unlucky that you received a small reward in the campaign, but at least they are paying rather than scam bounty campaign. Well Better next time, hope that you spot a good campaign that gives high reward.

You are majorly right. We get to see huge rewards from bounty allocations as reflective of ICO/IEO sales price. But when they reach exchange, the price is about 500% dead. This doesn't apply to all project. This is why it's important to wisely choose project to promote to avoid waste of energy and time.

Christinebeauty yes maybe for some, they offer big big rewards but in reality it has no value. Likewise we at VOUC token we value every VOUC token may it be 1 VOUC. As an example of this is offering surprise post of limited ETH Vouchers with value which you can buy up to 50% off.

But since we are in a humble beginning our 1st surprise post discounts up to 93% off

so just quit already, if u think that make some headache for you.
because basically it's like that.
1.they create a project, XYZ project for example.
2.they create a shares call XYZ token for their ico.
3.they create bounty campaign to catch big whales attention.
  a. if project succsess , u will got payment by XYZ token based your stake on the spreadsheet.
(of course , it will make a sense after get some market , did it will be same at ico price or down. but sometimes even project has success already ,its seems like fail for me ,with price down up to 80%)
  b. if project fail u will got nothing.

They usually offer tokens, what's important is they will play, the success of the project is also the success of the bounty hunters, if it was not able to trade at a good price, therefore the value of the reward will be affected as well.

That is why nowadays, bounty are not so attractive because the market is not yet appreciating new projects in the market, you can see that because even old projects are affected, and BTC's dominance rate is growing. If you want to enjoy your reward, save it for the future, who knows it might pump when the market will recover.

Its a warning for all newbies or jr members who thinks that ICO price matters in crypto space when promoting bounty projects, you won't know what you will get until proven wrong, no matter how good the project may seem to be you can never tell if it will see better adoption, better adoption rate is what leads to better volume on exchanges

Thats definately how bounties are from day one, so you have to make your mind up goin up gor anybounty and be ready for what ever result, this doins are mostly the reason for the early sell pff of some tokens by most hunters

That's how a bounty works, no certain rewards but you can gain a lot as well. For example, if we look at mb8coin and howdoo bounty campaign, some people earn more than $500 per week from any of these. The signature promoter of Howdoo got at least $100 per week, slide lower in mb8coin though.

This is true and very sad. Looking at the spreadsheet gives joy but such joy never come to materialized in a real time. Bounty  lost its glory times ago and now its even getting worse.

Yes, spreadsheets make us feel comfortable and we are going to make some good coin freely, but when it comes to reality after listing the coin we don't see any value to the coin. Even the company will actively respond to the community members and they keep on delaying the development and this makes we are going to lose value in the market.

That's why i'm not joining much bounty campaigns today (even only 1 at this moment). It feels like we're getting decent payment when looking at the spreadsheet but ended up nothing. Just take bounty work as your side income.

This is a reality that friends must accept. don't expect too much from the results of the bounty campaign, especially from social media campaigns.
everyone never knows the outcome of a project, it could be that while IEO is still going on, the price of coins is very high, and many people think they will get a lot of results from what they have done so far.
but the reality is very much different, when the coin is listed on the market there is no price at all, and in the end the coin will be your wallet decoration.

I feel sorry for those who joined the TERAWATT bounty.
Now the main telegram is down (no one can write a message)  due to the reason of the team that the board is being flooded by bounty issue.

https://t.me/TeraWattICO

They said that the bounties were sent by wapinter and they provide links of transactions.

Though there are no or many participants asking for payment  because there is nothing sent.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1rm_q8E3UHu6ndGL3ykllynXvFGl7wYDj96GW70Es1wI/edit#gid=351624237

How can they send tokens if there is no final calculation on number of tokens...

17 weeks of work!
Me too got nothing from this project. I've participated in social media campaigns and earned not a lot of tokens, but anyway it's so dissapointing. This project collected almost 12 mln. $, but token listed only on IDEX and there is no volume. Price also on the bottom.

That is exactly the way it is. The price falls at over 95% just after listing on exchange in less than an hour and you will hear the project team tell you they have no power over the price which is the truth. The cheaters in bounty that do multiple participation seems to be the problem as the acquire so much illegally and can sell so cheap. That really affects us the honest participants.

This is true we can see big amounts of tokens in the spreadsheet but the reality is that the price is just too small in fiat. The funny thing is that most bounties delayed the distribution as if it will affect the project which has no future to be honest.

It is not always likely for a coin to hit its ICO or IEO price after listing on the market. Many coins experience dip in price after listing and as its trading gain more volume and demand, the coin gradually assumes its intended price and even beyond. With this, spreadsheet prices are always referred to the IEO prices hence bounty hunters must always anticipate for a dip in value once listed but with time, the real value will resume
