Even in today's modern world, except for a few people in Europe-America, the general public of the entire world does not have a proper understanding of Bitcoin. Sad Sad Except European-American, anyone who have a little idea about Bitcoin also have misconceptions. Due to this problem, many people are unable to invest in a great platform like Bitcoin even if they want to. This problem may not seem like a big deal to many, but think about third world countries. A sad reality is, in my country 80-90% of the population are not familiar with Bitcoin.
Is there any way to solve this problem?
Op what you said is correct, even Nigeria the highest cryptocurrency investment country in Africa, we are still struggling to understand in-depth of bitcoin.  And the only way which I can suggest is that the African countries need bitcoin conferences and not seminars so that the know can be inculcated to the interested persons. Why advance countries are ahead not us in the cryptocurrency ecosystem is because they are holding conferences yearly to educate their people. Whiles African are busy disliking the technology.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe the OP wants more formal education on Bitcoin, but I believe for now you can easily access books online and there are many videos on YouTube to help you understand, and the most interesting part of it all is the forum where we have a technical section and many more that gives you access to an unlimited amount of information. I believe for now that should be sufficient for you, and I just feel like we have everything we need because the internet has made everything simple. compared to the past years were is only physical books.
Easier said than done. Do you know what scares newbies the most? A huge amount of information that you need to familiarize yourself with and sort it out on your own to the level that there are no questions left about the functioning of crypto projects. Not everyone is capable of this and can walk this path alone.
It seems to us that everything is much simpler than it is, when we have already gone through all this.
Many will choose not the Internet, but a personal coach, a mentor who will lead them by the hand until the last unresolved issue.

Let me start by saying that it might interest you to know that some people in the same Europe , America you mentioned are not even familiar with what Bitcoin is , and also in the third world countries, there are some people who are quite knowledgeable about bitcoin.

The nutshell is , Bitcoin education is not about region, it's about individuality, in Europe and America , which I assume to be one of the most developed countries in the world , there are people who have heard about Bitcoin but still do not believe in it, while in the supposed third world countries, some heard about Bitcoin the first time and picked up on it , so bitcoin education is about individuals willingness to accept new innovations , and not much or region ...

And another thing is , even with education, adoption won't happen over night , Bitcoin education too can not spread round the whole world over night , all this things happens gradually, and take some bit of time .

Bitcoin adoption is actually increasing in developing countries since they've got bad economics and their fiat money keeps on failing and falling, so they're constantly looking for alternatives to money. And as per education, you can do your part by inviting people to this forum where they'll learn about Bitcoin. You can also make Bitcoin tweets and play your part in educating people.

In Europe and America, there is a lot of investment in Bitcoin or educational work on Bitcoin. However, it is true that there is no real idea of what percentage actually have proper knowledge about Bitcoin. Besides, there is a lot of investment going on outside of the mentioned countries and they are getting a good idea about Bitcoin. Basically, since the internet is worldwide, it is now possible to get good knowledge about Bitcoin from almost every part of the world. Any country can now go ahead and explore Bitcoin. The Internet is being used as a center for people's education worldwide.

Most people in some countries, they think having digital currency is like risking their money to loss.. even trying to make them understand how the system works, is so difficult because it's concluded as scam.
I'm saying this out of experience...
Most people decided not to invest anymore. Because after investing, instead of having a positive results Bitcoins continues to go down... I would say it's impatience and lack of knowledge about how the Crypto world works

so i think even if there is no proper education bitcoin will become very will known in the near future.

As long as bitcoin is beneficial, creating value for society, bitcoin does not need to be introduced into mainstream education, it will still be more popular in the future. Up until now, if someone had intended to stop it, it was the wildest idea.

Frankly, bitcoin has so many use cases, it's nothing more than a multi-tool, and almost everyone will need it someday. Bitcoin is currency, investment, your own bank, and cross-border payment method...There are just too many use cases for bitcoin, so it's only a matter of time before it becomes widespread and widely adopted.

I judge because bitcoin is independent without anyone controlling it, so those who want to get involved with bitcoin must also be independent. And to continue further education after getting to know bitcoin you have to discover it in your own way and in a different way and this is what makes bitcoin so unique and diverse. And the most independent is because we ourselves control it, so everything we find related to bitcoin must be independent.
like us in this forum or any platform can educate us about crypto or bitcoin, and as long as we have an internet connection everyone can find it from anywhere because this technology has many benefits both knowledge and financial freedom, and this will not be obtained anywhere but must do independently.

For now it is a problem but in a modern world people is so curious so not far from today many more people will surely know about it, today we are only few who knows what is bitcoin and how it works as a good investment, but even if we don't tell everyone about it i am sure that they will surely know in the right time.
I agree on that just like me before, i did not know about bitcoin and because of the modern technology and internet i already know bitcoin today, it is just like an accident with the continuous using of social media we can know some things that others didn't know, it is so easy to know news, weather updates, new from other country etc.,because of internet, even about bitcoin, so i think even if there is no proper education bitcoin will become very will known in the near future.

Definitely it is not a problem. It is depend on the people if they are eager to learn in understanding Bitcoin and other crypto currency. There are a lot of informations available in internet giving free education / awareness on understanding Bitcoin and other crypto currencies. I think it is not misconceptions because getting involve in Bitcoin  you are taking a lot of risk, so some people are being careful before they will invest. There are a lot of testimonials that they had lost so much in investing maybe that is one of the reason why more people do not have guts in investing because they are afraid of loosing their money.
The only way to address your concern OP is to encourage everyone to educate theirselves with the available resources in the internet, that is if they are also eager to learn and use bitcoin for future adoption. Because I believe no matter how we try to educate people around us, as long as they are closed-minded when it comes to bitcoin and the rest of cryptocurrency, they will never really learn and gain awareness about it. At the end of the day, it all depends on the individual’s choice of the people.

The way you can solve this about bitcoin being known is you telling people one on one on any avenue about it. You can also write on it on all your social media handles and I know the word will spread from there.

It is sometime true we don't have proper education on Bitcoin, the level of crime online and other hacking activities has made many to do away with online forum for various purpose, and also Bitcoin or cryto has scared alot away due to lack of knowledge and proper education and guide to it. Many were not still educated on Bitcoin because is not always advertise on our local media or publicly open for the public to have awareness on the importance, but people that are into making research discovered the forum and learn the important on their own due to their access to information and technology to online and internet.

Regarding education, I would say more, as I already said in other threads. Not only we need education in Bitcoin but also in blockchain technology and maybe a very important one would be to provide education in schools on economics. Illiteracy in most countries on economics is very very low. And to make it worse, the economics taught in most schools / high schools / universities is Keynesian models. But there should be at least the choice to learn Austrian Economics. This would be really important so that students can have the choice to learn something out of the box and be able to understand other visions of economics. Unfortunately Austrian school of economics is probably "persona non grata" because the concepts go against the socialist and capitalist ideals of modern societies!

*STOP NOWHERE*
Based on the topic, if you think you don't have proper education on Bitcoin, the internet is there for everyone to try and make research to know what is happening so far I'm the crypto market. We are twenty first century and is not the time when we will be telling people or trying much to teach tell all about Bitcoin and what Bitcoin is capable of doing in there life.
With the growth of the internet, we have easy access to everything, but it would be better if bitcoin were educated in a mainstream way, it would be efficient, and the reach would be much faster. If bitcoin is really included in education, it will be much better than what we learn online, the information on the internet is too noisy, and not all knowledge is accurate. But bringing bitcoin into education only the government can do, it is out of our reach, so it may take longer for this to materialize.

OP you mentioned here that 80% to 90% people in your country don't know about Bitcoin. Maybe your country has not yet started to touch technology like that. A country advances in every way when technology reaches its country. Maybe here I am sure you said about Bangladesh. In fact, Bangladesh is far behind in terms of technology. Most of the people here are less educated and unemployed. But slowly people are moving towards technology and there will come a time when they will seriously consider cryptocurrency as technologically advanced.

I'm of course echoing others here, but what you write simply isn't true.  Sure, there are some places on earth where knowledge around bitcoin is very low, but there's plenty of places outside of America-Europe that have a strong understanding of bitcoin and cryptocurrency.  Now it's impossible to put a precise percentage on it, as to "what percentage of this country knows about bitcoin" but there's plenty outside this are you speak of that have a sizable portion of the population and least knowing what bitcoin is.

Now poor education is universal.  Here in the US, bitcoin may be well known and becoming more and more popular /bought, but 98% of people still don't have a fucking clue what it really is or how it works.  Same goes for basic finance too, however, and sadly.

nowadays we no longer depend on books if we want to learn something coz with the aid of internet and easy to access gadgets, we can browse faster and easily to whatever we wanted to learn. aside from that bitcoin was made in order to supplement the growing/development of technology which we are using nowadays. there have been a lot of speculations we see already regarding the integration of AI in various aspects of technology including cryptocurrencies and blockchain.
