Even in today's modern world, except for a few people in Europe-America, the general public of the entire world does not have a proper understanding of Bitcoin. Sad Sad Except European-American, anyone who have a little idea about Bitcoin also have misconceptions.
Maybe it will suffice you to know that there are a good number of people not just in European and American countries but also in Asia and Africa that have a good knowledge of bitcoin and it's a good start if we're to look at the period of short time bitcoin has existed with the loads of restrictions from centralized authority. The misconception that exists is drawn from misinformation and people mistaking bitcoin for other kinds of online scam schemes that capitalized on their gullibility.

Due to this problem, many people are unable to invest in a great platform like Bitcoin even if they want to. This problem may not seem like a big deal to many, but think about third world countries. A sad reality is, in my country 80-90% of the population are not familiar with Bitcoin.
Is there any way to solve this problem?
Some of  persons that fall into this percentage aren't privy to information due to their locations in the hinter lands, while some are scared of getting involved based on ugly experience from shady online schemes.
Addition, some persons their religion bars them from making use of anything cryptocurrency as they see it as Haram and these factors pose as a big problem o the wide expected acceptance of bitcoin in most third world. A lots still needs to be done individually.

The number 80% -90% is a big number, if many don't know bitcoin then this is your chance to understand it and be able to invest in bitcoin. You will be the 10% of people who know bitcoin. Wouldn't that be great, you can spread bitcoin knowledge more widely in your area of residence, you will become a starter for bitcoin knowledge. This is your chance and it's not a big deal, you have to take advantage of it.

it's the same in my country, 80% of people here don't even know about bitcoin even though on facebook - tiktok - Instagram there is a lot of news about it.
Reflecting on El Salvador, why do the majority of the people there understand Bitcoin? that's because the government there supports it and educates everyone there.
but for other countries will this happen (ignorance about Bitcoin) in the future? the answer is no, in the future the community will be more forward-thinking and open and at that time the majority of people will accept Bitcoin. so don't think about it too much, let time run its course, and slowly but surely people will adopt Bitcoin.

For sure who uses social media and watching new heard about bitcoin but most of it is negative like getting scammed and used in illegal purposes, i think if we spread it in social media as well as in news TV about the good effect of bitcoin people will more understand it and for sure they will research and learn about it. T

This is somehow the reason why some people lost their interest to pursue what they learn about bitcoin because they think that they might be scam since many scammers use this tool to fool people around. And this is really bad since if they just research about to many schemes like this they will never go in that situation but instead they can get legitimate information about what they are going to and what's the real use case of bitcoin.

Government needs to be more active on social media because we are now on digital era days where many people spends a lot of time on cyberspace and they need to have certain warnings about those possible frauds using bitcoin and other type of cryptocurrency.

Is there any way to solve this problem?

It's not actually a problem for those who don't see Bitcoin as a must to hold, invest in, or use. Bitcoin may be massively adopted in the future, but that doesn't mean it will replace fiat or traditional investments. We can't deny the fact that Bitcoin and crypto, in general, are high-risk investments.

I think people who plan to invest in crypto need to understand the risks first, as well as the potential profits. Investing in crypto does not guarantee a profit. Although crypto has been around for a while and has brought fortune to some, it doesn't mean it will happen to all of us.

Just because Bitcoin is great for us, doesn't mean it will be great for everyone. Many people are still living very well without bitcoin, especially the government, so they will have a reason not to know and use bitcoin. Besides, bitcoin is still so new compared to other traditional assets that it is understandable for people to have a hard time accepting it because everything takes time. In my area, many people still don't know about bitcoin, and their life is so good, even if they know about it, they won't care about it. We need bitcoin because we need money, but for many people, they already have money left over.

I think it's the same thing with traditional trading, you don't learn about it in school, you have to seek it out yourself if you want to learn it and I think that it should be that way so the likeliness of people failing in this endeavor is low and at the same time not make a monopoly of full time traders, pretty sure that trading isn't an essential skill in life so I don't think you have to worry about the lack of education that's bitcoin oriented, much better to let the spirit of wonder flourish than give everything in sa silver platter.

But not everyone wants to know bitcoin because they don't want to accept new things that can change their life. And that's why, even if they get the right information about bitcoin, they may not want to own bitcoin, even in small amounts. When we already know bitcoin and are involved in it, we can try to own it and teach it to the people around us. Of course, bitcoin is only for people who want to accept it, while for others, we don't force them to use bitcoin. And let them get their information from somewhere else they might prefer.
Perhaps, Bitcoin can easily be understood how it works if we wanted to spend time learning about it. Because so many resources that we can find online and the only thing we do is allocate time for this but what people do is keep ignoring and making their life busy into useless stuff. That is why I could say that it was hard to educate someone if he/she has no interest as well. And even if it was been taught in school, I still don't think if it works for them as they will just listen but not learning.
They should be able to understand how bitcoins work in a short time, especially if they are just curious about buying and selling bitcoins, where they can do it, and what they need to prepare. It won't take long and they can already use it. They can learn more in their free time to get a lot of information about bitcoin. Maybe we just have to wait for their reactions about bitcoin and if they have any further questions about bitcoin, then we'll explain. Using bitcoin is a personal will and we should not force it.

You don't need to understand the technology behind the operation of Bitcoin to appreciate its utility. You need an open mind. You need to realise that it is not a tool for the use of criminals, but a new method to exchange a real asset. You also need to understand that, although it is a virtual asset, it is also a hard asset. In fact it is more of a hard asset than owning property in England. Most people can't comprehend that. To realise the truth in my statement, just think what would happen if you built a house on "your" land without government permission. If the government wants your land for a road or a rail track, then it will just take it, and offer you below market compensation if you are lucky. So in reality in the modern world, owning a house is just owning a virtual asset - the government issued title to occupy the house, and not the physical building. Of course, I haven't mentioned fiat currencies, the biggest scam of all the virtual assets.

Ofcourse there won't be simply because there are no professionals specified in this industry. All people are learners from this technology which is still under development. There are books and articles to be read but those are just historical details and nothing more. I am hearing and seeing news that Bitcoin is being taught as a course to some countries which for me is quite not clear given that acceptance of this technology is not even yet resolved. It is okay to share your knowledge about it. It is fine to know that students are curious about this industry. But isn't it too far to make it an academic course? If it is just a pop up topic or subject, that would be easily considered.
Reading books and articles inother to gain knowledge of the space is amazing, because that's a bold step that one have already taken inother to get paid online and also in a legit way. Countries that have clear view of the purpose of bitcoin and cryptocurrency have started implementing active crypto related courses in the school curriculum and the students are persuaded to learn more about the project. It's a good news for them because they will grow to keep enchancement of crypto market and knows the spot to trade Bitcoin.

Efforts are underway to educate people about cryptocurrency and make it more accessible and user-friendly, but it will require a long-term effort and collaboration from various stakeholders, including governments, financial institutions, and the cryptocurrency community.

In this context, I think it is very important to explore potential solutions to this problem and understand how increased education and awareness can pave the way for wider adoption. Admittedly the lack of awareness and education about Bitcoin is indeed a significant challenge to its adoption, especially in third world countries. However, there are several ways to solve this problem.

First, governments and educational institutions can offer training programs and awareness campaigns about the benefits of Bitcoin and how to use it safely. Additionally, Bitcoin businesses can provide educational resources to their customers, such as tutorials and online courses
.
Another effective way to raise awareness is through social media and other digital channels. By leveraging this platform, advocates can create interesting content explaining the benefits of Bitcoin and how to use it.

One more thing, in my opinion, is that there is an initiative from the parties to create a community outreach program that can also help
raise awareness, especially in areas with limited access to digital technology.

Is there any way to solve this problem?

Our world is evolving, and things take time, you can't expect everyone to be like you. In my country, the internet and computers have only become widely used in recent years, and we have a majority of the older generation, mostly farmers and uneducated. Getting used to the Internet is also difficult, and it took us some time to get used to it, so it is difficult for people to know about more complex things like bitcoin in a short time. Although many people still don't know about bitcoin, that doesn't mean it hasn't evolved. We need time to be widely adopted, there is no need to rush.
It is not an easy task to inform the old generation people about Bitcoin because in my country there are still a huge number of people who do not use smartphones. they will learn how to use computers and understand Bitcoin. But the current generation is very smart so it is very easy to inform people of this generation about Bitcoin.  So it can be predicted that in the next 10-12 years the number of Bitcoin users will reach about 70% of each country. And Bitcoin can also be an international payment medium like USD

If Bitcoin is now taught in school, then it would have been one of the best news I've heard this year.In my locality, the way people see Bitcoin is different from the way they see at at other places,it is seen here as a scam, and despite how you try to introduce it to them or teach them, they are still very adamant that it is not what they can give a try to.I love the fact that it is now offered as a course in the university in some places now, because as far as I'm concerned,I've not heard from anyone say that bitcoin is now offered as a course in school

If the news are to be true, then I think the world is begining to see how important bitcoin is,and I also think with time they will do something that every one will see as a welcome development.

This may also be influenced by how we view Bitcoin. sometimes, even though we have a lot of knowledge and are highly educated but don't accept Bitcoin, whatever is conveyed regarding Bitcoin, will definitely not be well received. In fact, they will increasingly think wrongly of Bitcoin. But if they accept Bitcoin, regardless of their educational background, they will accept and open their minds about Bitcoin. It's such a simple thing, but people may have certain restrictions on things

Governments are the ones who are fixing the curriculum to different schools.

Unfortunately, schools will not teach us anything about money, or even in investing in general because Governments simply don't want to. I'm not saying all, but most especially here in our country where they aren't teaching those kids about money, and investing, so why teach Bitcoin. Another reason that I know is that, only a few people know the basics of Bitcoin, and on that few people who know it, only few are willing to teach it to other people.
I often wonder why they do not teach money in schools, we pay so much money in tuition fees to learn how to be good worker for someone else. The school system does not encourage free thinkers, and bitcoiners are people who are free spirited and like to question the system. I don’t think bitcoin will be taught in schools, if it does happens, the information will be very limited to digital currencies and not specifically bitcoin.

They do teach money in the school but it does not focus on it.  In the higher education, there is a course that focuses on finance and financial system.  So it is incorrect to say that they don't teach money in schools.  Actually schools teach almost everything.  But most of us are too blind to see those unattractive course offers and set our eyes on popular one.  Aside from that education also offers specialization, Masterals and PhD depending on the specialization we take.

Remember education is a business to some people, and they will offer anything that relates to learning.

You said third-world countries, and I'm from a third-world country, and I will say that I will agree with you. I don't know the exact percentage of people who knows Bitcoin here in our country, but I'm predicting that it's less than 10% or even 5% which is kind of saddening TBH.

I’m also from a third-world country, and I can say in Nigeria bitcoin is a household name, I’m not saying everyone in Nigeria knows how bitcoin works but I know bitcoin is very popular here from the big cities down to the villages.

I am also from a  third world country and I can say, Bitcoin is pretty popular here especially when Axie infinity got popular, many who does not know Bitcoin became familiar of it.
