Well, if you deposited late, then you actually don't get back your money . Thats how a ponzi works.
The problem that there was 4BTC missing on last weekly, then the payment has not been done in correct order ....and last but not least the OP doesn't answer to any message or tweet since 3/4 days ago !!!

The last transaction was on 27/01/2015. At the time, there is still ~4 more days before it end. So.. they thought they could get some profit form it. However, they thought wrong..

Its probably the op himself, just depositing amount, to show people are still depositing. In the end, he might just withdraw to his own accunt.

Strange, why is it so hard to create a really functional Ponzi without all the errors. 
If i have some time durring next weekend, maybe i will try to code one without these problems.
Maybe with deposit to a Escrow to show i will not run aways with some BTC.

I don't give 2 cents who the hell you are. Your red tag says it all. others know what they're clearly getting into... i dont see anyone complaining about being scammed or whatnot... the main issues here are the bugs in the script which caused quite a big loss for the players (me included) .. but im sure op will come out and get it sorted.
