I can log into weexchange normally without problems. So what is Ukyo doing? He is logging in and posting about some security. One of his last posts he is claiming he is working on support tickets... looks like i have to create a support ticket for a general problem too now.

I wait for my 158BTC since a day now... normally withdraws were processed instantly. Whats wrong?

I think the OP has his hands full on the verification issues.

But i think coding takes way more time than releasing bitcoins. And i dont understand why this takes days and not even a comment from him. This stupid noncommunication is something i start to hate in the bitcoin community.

I'm getting worried too.  I lost my 2factor for weexchange and sent two support emails over the last few days, not so much as a "we got your email" reply.  Just now sent a PM, will see how that goes.

If I can't log in I can't get verified.  Pretty weak.

I can assume he's busy trying to resolve issue's as he recently helped me with one, but I'd consider a web login a priority issue to be solved.  That's just me.  Maybe he has something bigger that needs fixed.

Maybe the US government won't let him fix the log into.   

So many maybe's.... not enough information.

I'm getting the same error.  I used a proxy from Europe and got right in.  It seems like WeExchange is blocking US connection attempt's.  This is funny because a important deadline for all US account holder's is Nov 1st.  I wonder if WeExchange is attempting to pull their service from the US base and serve other counties only.

I have open ticket on WeExchange and with no response.  Sad
Likewise, although  my ticket has been open for four days.  Subsequent withdrawals have worked though.

Mine too.

Ukyo, could you please fix "processing" / "Could not connect to 2nd stage server" withdrawals?

After attempting to withdraw ~1.4 BTC I get this error:

Code:
Minimal withdraw amount of 10 after a 4.5 fee was not met

Are you telling me I have to put more in to get my ~1.4 out?

Edit: Now it works, how odd...

It is a shame to see a site with so much promise go to waste because there is no support.

I've had a bank account registered there for over a month now and it still isn't verified; and there is no information on the site to tell you how to get it verified.

They have 115 points of ID from me.

Edit: I ended up calling their support number as listed at https://www.weexchange.co/main.php?page=helpcontact - 1-800-088-955 and spoke with someone who I think was called Graham. (Their VoIP system was dropping 10% of the conversation.) He advised that there is sometimes an issue with their system's BSB lookup and that it can cause accounts not to become verified.

Still a little disappointed that the online support was lacking, but otherwise happy with the result.

Hi, Ive been trying to register on weexchange with no joy at all...

I registered, clicked the email I was sent, but it says "sorry, the code you provided is invalid"

I emailed via the add on the contact page, that was a few days ago and I have had no reply.

Any help greatly appreciated.

I must inform you that I've got a "password reset" e-mail for my WeExchange account. I absolutely certain that it was done not by me. It's second time when I get unrequested "password reset" e-mail. First time was nearly 2 weeks ago before you've blocked my BitFunder account. That time there was two e-mail's both for BitFunder and WeExchange accounts. I believe that someone trying to get into my accounts for some reason. Re-check security please.

I am STILL waiting for weexchange to credit my account after depositing funds there via Ripple (can be proven with public records...). This is a joke, seriously!

Every time I check for the transaction hash, the website goes down with a cloudflare error and it seems to find nothing on their internal rippled (the ones at s1.ripple.com see the transaction just fine). The ticket that is open for over 3 months now also is idling around without any answer at all. I would understand that you need a weekend or so to sort out transactions and manually credit accounts... but MONTHS?! It's not like you receive thousands of transactions per day after all.

I had a problem with a Ripple transaction as well and the support ticket sat untouched for quite some time. I eventually caught up with Ukyo on #bitfunder on Freenode and he took care of it.

It's not exactly convenient, but it seems to be the fastest way to get a problem with WeEx resolved.
