Hi there,

Given that I only use weexchange to get funds into Bitfunder, can I set this to be automated? I.e. any bitcoins credited to my weexchange account get direct transfered into bitfunder after the required number of confirmations?

Is we exchange having issues for anyone else? Usually sees my deposits and credits them within 6 confirmations. Been over 9 now and no sign of my deposit?

Support ticket opened, just wondering if it's a site wide/bitcoin issue, or just my account?

I have the exact same problem.
I have 13 confirmations, but no sign of my deposit.

I have also opened a ticket for this problem.

I'm a new user to WeExChange (and bitcoin communite as a whole) and I ran into some problem logging in the other day.
But with the help from Ukyo I'm now up to speed again.
Their site might still have room for improvements, but the personal service from Ukyo is superb!

I try to withdraw my funds but I can't. I get an authentication error message every time.

Hass development stopped on WeExchange? Two tickets open for two weeks now. I know they're not critical as I resolved the issue but it could catch someone else out.

I've opened a support ticket and sent a PM to the WeExchange support user, but I've not had any response at all, so I'm hoping that if I post here, I'll hear back from someone at WeExchange.

Here's the text of my support ticket ID IRA-169341 "Missing Funds":

This is the second ticket I am opening in regards to this issue, as I have not heard anything regarding the first ticket I opened.

On Feb. 6, I sent funds to WeExchange in the amount of 3.50342756 BTC. Also on Feb. 6 (after 6 confirmation txns), I attempted to send the total amount to BitFunder after linking my two accounts. The funds never showed up in BitFunder, nor are they accessible from WeExchange. The transaction to send funds to BitFunder seems to have an error, as it does not have anything except a Transaction ID and Type. This may be related to a bug on the site(?). These are the only transactions I have attempted on the WeExchange site.

Please respond to this ticket and let me know what you are doing to look in to this issue..

I've found a bug too, so opened a support ticket last friday, managed to work out what the problem was but as I couldn't update a support ticket I opened another detailing my findings.

If you need any more info on the bug, just let me know!

Hey Ya'll,

The Direct Merchants Auth token field doesn't strip leading and following spaces.

Those copying/pasting their auth codes are going to be confused when nothing happens on submit (no error, nada)

Probably should fix that right up.

No charge for this QA time.

I've done a few transactions as well.

What I like is the low costs associated with fiat money transfers from your bank account. In CAD, you pay $1.50, the Interac fee and that's it.

However the platform needs more exposure/people using it.

I've done three transactions with WeX to fund my BitFunder account, platform seems great! Good luck, hope it is a huge success.
