Actually, I don't understand what games are displayed on this site or I missed it, so for lay users like me, the site owner should prepare the game for demo practice when other people have to try it on the front page of the site without having to register, that would be very good. Again, since some people don't have to create an account first to make a deposit and play, if a demo game is provided on the front page as well for visitors it will also attract them to become regular users if it's fun.
But this is just a suggestion, everything comes back to the decision of the site owner, but it is really confusing, different from the casino games that I usually play, such as Dice, Limbo, Crash and several other games, it seems like this game provides a different challenge, so it is important for users. just got complete information, at least it gives access to lay users to try the game before registering, btw welcome to the forum

Hi Bureau, glad you liked the design, in terms of the issue with the FAQs and terms of service, we are currently solving the problem so it should be made public to everyone in the next day or so. As for the 96 members you noticed. This was part of our testing process. We've been evaluating our chat function's capability to manage simultaneous messages from multiple accounts. This test involved using 96 different accounts to simulate high activity, however, the chat function seems to be a bit bipolar at the moment and only wants to work when it feels like it
. We will be disabling it soon but we have a resolution for it so it shouldn't be down for too long. Thanks. Let me commend you, on your activeness here in the forum at least you have been active in responding ASAP to queries and that character will help you to avoid members' assumptions about things on the site because you are already giving clarity in a number of issues raised already.

, I am still learning the ins and outs of using the forum but I think I'm getting there. I'm glad you like the look of the site, we wanted it to be simple and clean so it was easily understandable by both expert and new players. At the moment you do not need KYC to play just need to make an account. also, in my opinion, only licensed casinos should require KYC from their players. and if possible, your FAQ and terms should be viewable even if you haven't signed up yet in your site. because right now, you need to log in to see those sections. it is better to be acquainted with those terms and other faq items before creating an account. not all players wanted to create an account at the first look on the site.
because if you are against with some rules, better not to create your account, right? or one way is to create a dummy account first. but is this site strict with one IP, one user policy?
but on the aspect of uniqueness, i can say, it may attract interest as some gamblers are looking for fresh games. not the usual stuff you can see on a gambling site.
We also agree with you AmoreJaz about the KYC, I guess one day all providers will be forced to obtain a license one way or another to be able to operate in this industry. However, until then, being anonymous is the best way to go. You're 100% correct about our FAQs and terms of service being public, we have brought it up with our developers and the fix should be done in the next day or so. Currently, you can make multiple accounts on the same IP. Glad you see the uniqueness, that was the goal we wanted as gamblers ourselves, we're pretty tired of the same games being presented over and over again.

We're open to any ideas on marketing and beginning a signature campaign, if you have any recommendations on the various ways to do it I would love to talk about it.
Signature campaign has been suggested already which is highly recommend but you're going to need some funds for it, you might also want to hire a designer for your ANN thread so it's more appealing to the eyes of the people that's going to check out your casino. Another one that seems to look good for your casino is hosting giveaways or games in the Games and Rounds board of the Gambling board, that's definitely going to appeal to many forum members as it's a giveaway or you can do some sign-up bonus for your casino or something like that, pretty cool that you've started from scratch and I hope you find success and players here in the forum. 
Welcome to the forum mate. It seems like you were in a hurry while creating this thread. The announcement thread could have been better to be honest. I mean have you compared this ANN thread with the rest ANNs which are present here in the forum? With all these texts, it really leaves a bad and boring impression on the gamblers. Only one thing I liked about the casino is its name. Will leave a detailed review soon.
I have no idea what kind of game is this but looking at how it looks like, is it type of mines game? Do you have "how to play" information or maybe video tutorial to play the game? I tried to open FAQ and Terms page but it requires an account to continue opening the page, why dont you make it public so anyone can read it without an account? I believe it is the first time I see this game, are you the first one who have it or maybe are you the one who created this game? Suggestion, maybe you can offer some free balance for new players to try your game because I dont think people will be willing to deposit to play something that they have never played before. But be sure to have good requirements in order to avoid abuse if you have a plan to give free balance for your new players.
