It’s good to hear that you have been up to date with our platform! It’s a shame to hear that your betting takes long to return a result or continues to load. What we have found thus far is that it is an internet connection issue that causes this. However, we have spoken to the dev team and we will look into possibly using a more efficient server. Your signature campaign really works because I had to visit your website again because of that. Anyway, upon checking your website again, there's nothing new since the last time I visited. Betting takes so long, sometimes not finishing; the bet is still loading and I don't know why. I thought you guys already fix this.

I will like to welcome this our new friend to the forum. I have registered in the forum and the registration process was nice though at first I was looking for the sign up link on the website until I finally saw it in the site. It is a good website to play the lovely games. I think I got a welcome bonus when I registered in the website though I have not used it. But will definitely use to know the website. Yeah nothing wrong about it since they can do whatever they like on their casino and so the users will sign up immediately if they want to access the site and to see what's inside.

But I also understand what Agbe said its better if they make it more simpler to the site visitor to see the site and read some important details so that they could see what they need to look up before they register. Not many people like to register on any site that's why at that area they should make it accessible so that everything will be so easy just like what other reputable casino did and they got good impressions for doing that.

Well if you are a website designer then you will also understand what I mean.  In website designing there is a way you design your site will make things easy for visitor. If this website was meant for only news reading and and only to sign up for news participation then where the sign up is won't be a problem but this is a casino where you must register before having access to most of the features so in that case you don't have to hide two most important features in the site which are sign up and sign-in button. I was not talking of ToS but to rearrange the most important features to the public and not to hide them. If the casino didn't see anything wrong with that then who am I to tell them to rearrange their site. But it is easier for gamblers to see those features if they are appearing on the home page separately.

I personally don't see anything wrong with the way the seating is. If you are a gambler, you will know that at any casino you visit before you play, you will need to login first before you can access the full features of the casino, so clicking on play will take you to the sign-in page, which I don't see anything wrong with. 
 
Every casino has their own way of doing things, and I see this layout okay in the way it's being presented. The only thing I don't like about the sign-up page is the fact that they did not make the TOS compulsory for new members to read first before they can proceed with their registration. You will have to manually go back and look for it on the home page, which many people will use as an excuse not to read the TOS of the casino.

You are welcome to the forum. I have checked the website and it is good but you still need to rearrange some the features and functions in the website. Like the way the registration page appears in the site is not really looks good. It appears as a divided page with the main home page. Let it appears on it own page. And it {login link} not also appearing on the home page physically for people to see but I have to click play to see login and through the login page, I saw the sign up box which is wrong because those who are not familiar with website features will not understand these processes. Therefore I will want you guys to separate all the hyperlinks but let all appear on the home page with separate hyperlinks.

@8ombard I just had a visit to the site. Seems the bet increment and decrement bug is fixed. I have another suggestion regarding the increment, decrement, min, and max buttons. Though it's not a serious issue, it will increase the user experience for sure.



when clicking on the buttons twice/triple the -,+, min and max text are getting selected. Sometimes it is annoying. To fix it just need to apply a css.

The users "cd8om" and ah8om" are users we are looking to sponsor, the bets they made are real bets with real money that they took in the testing phase and yes that 1,000x is real. "4eyezeb" however is a random player that's signed up to our platform. We'll also look into the security issue you have. Thanks for letting us know!

I'm particularly asking about these three users: "cd8om", "ae8om" and "4eyezeb".
There is something strange about them that makes me think they are not real players or are part of the team!
Another thing you may consider reviewing is when you try logging in using the user name then you click on try "another method" the first letter of the user's email will be visible and the number of asterisks is exactly the number of the hidden characters from the email address. That may cause some privacy issues.

And When the bet amount field is showing around 1$ the decrement (-) button is not working. so there are some little bugs around the increment and decrement buttons. dev should check one by one to fix them.

Op I find out another front-end bug. So when you click on profile avatar -> profile and open the Account Modal, after closing the modal the scroll bar of the game page disappears and the page is not scrollable to me.

I see someone is reporting most of the issues I have reported, so it's nice to see i'm not the only 1 who faced these issues and that they are being worked on. I also would like to add that once you hit minimum the bet goes to $.10 and you cannot type in $.20 $.30 $.40 or anything. If you hit the + it goes up by $1 increment. That needs fixed as well, thx.

The bet results on the Top Bets are from people outside of the team. We are aware that it has stayed the same and changes are minimal. This is because plays aren’t frequent enough, which is understandable considering we are only new. The more people we have playing, the more the top bets will change, we are hoping to see some more 1000x wins!

However, and I don't know if it's just me or what, but I just logged in to test the new changes and noticed that the switch button to switch between real and fun mode doesn't work. Am using chrome on mobile.
I also want to ask about the bet results on the "top bets", are all of them made by real players (not part of the team)?

We have been hard at work perfecting the platform whilst also listening to your requests.

Please see below as we address and explain the changes and new features we have applied to the platform!

Mobile Friendly Site Navigation: we have added a Navigation bar in the top left hand corner for all mobile users. This is where our customers can easily access their transactions, rewards/ bonuses and sign out option.

New Transaction Page: Tracking your Deposits, Withdrawals and Plays just got easier! You can track your every move that goes on within 8ombard. Simply Navigate to the Transactions button either located within your profile icon or on the top left corner mobile navigation bar.

Rewards/ Bonus Page: Once we roll out our official Rewards and Bonuses you will be able to track what rewards you are eligible for, active bonuses and also track your reward progression. Simply Navigate to the Rewards button either located within your profile icon or on the top left corner mobile navigation bar.
Keep an eye out for this one, we have some exciting rewards in the pipeline!

$20 Max Bet Cap: Like all good platforms in the industry Bankroll is everything! Without it the platform is redundant. This is why we have lowered the max bet to $20. This temporary bet cap will allow us to organically build our bankroll so we can invest more into the platform and give a more rewarding experience back to you!

We also believe that by temporarily limiting the max bet it will allow our players to wager responsibly and really understand the concept of 8ombard.
Please note that this is temporary! The bet cap will grow as the platform grows.

Sound Controls: Recently it was brought up that there is no option to mute the sound. We now have a mute button where you can easily toggle between mute and un-mute located on the main page.

Game Mode Switch Relocation: As you may know we offer a Demo Mode and a Real Play Mode (sign in required). Allowing users to either participate through a demo account or wager their own funds. This toggle has been moved for a more seamless design and now sits above the live balance.   

General Bug Fixes.

These are the main changes we have now made live on the platform. There are a few more in the pipeline however this update prepares us for what we are about to offer next.
