I was trying not navigate around the casino site and what I saw is not encouraging and I was thinking if the site is still in the development stage. And I wanted read the terms and conditions or FAQ but the link asked me to sign up first before I can do anything in the site which is wrong. As a customer I have to check the ToS first and if I am satisfied with them then I can proceed to the registration button and start the process and I can't registered to a casino when I don't even know the ToS. Whether the KYC will be favorable or not. Therefore I will ask OP to review those links. Allow the people to view the ToS before registering.
I think the casino is still under development and at that is not in full operation yet so many of it features may not function well and i will advice that we all wait for the ops to make the final statement when the casino is already live and not on dev mode and then coming out to create an ANN thread like this one.
This to me is a bad marketing strategy, for the ops, although he mentioned the state of the site on in the first page that they are still in the development stage so we expect nothing much from them.
Our Terms and Conditions and FAQs are live to be reviewed by the public without an account.
It seems that some may be confused. The point you make is something we should have made more transparent earlier.
As any good platform no matter the, function, service or industry, should constantly be developing and improving. Partly, the direction of our development falls back on our customers, we have structured our platform this way so we can change and improve functionality to your (our customer) liking. We constantly have the customers preference first in mind, which is why we urge you to give us suggestions and feedback.
In saying this, all functionality that is available to you is fully developed, it does work. We would not have launched an ANN thread if we didn't believe players could sign up and make gains.
Of course like all software there may be an occasional bug, we have set up fail safes and we track every movement. This is part of our initiative to always deliver on constant improvements.
As exciting and simple our platform is, it will only get better and become more engaging once we have more suggestions and ideas shared by our customers throughout game play.
