Every gambling site has an over 18 rule. You can lie about it, it's in their TOS so it's your repsonsiblity, not their responsibility.

Regards the issue with the game, this occurred some days ago when an attempt was made to rob the casino. Someone managed to 'win' 150,000 credits by hacking one of the games which caused issues with the software. However, the attempted theft was discovered within the hour & thieves were blocked from withdrawing. The casino was then taken offline while logs were checked & additional security measures implemented. The issue with the software was rectified, and the casino was back online within a few hours.

Bitwincasino will not be subscribing to the 'provably fair' concept, since in its current state at least, it is open to manipulation. The initial 'hash seed' (which is crucial to the 'proof' of this system) not being revealed to the player until after the results are shown is but one of the many problems with this 'proof of fairness in play', that seems to be peddled by a few individuals.
Bitwincasino will not mislead customers into believing they have a fair chance of winning by hiding behind a concept that is flawed and open to manipulation.
