Few things,
I always test the games out on places prior to playing with BTC and then when I do I go small btc wise to see if same feel.
I played the Reel Bar 3 slot game and had incredible success so much so that I questioned the owners on its hits, also the game incorrectly pays out 500x on the double beer versus 300x per shown.
When I bet 0.02 btc the game was no where close to what it was in fake coins, also had log in issues where I had to come back later to try out.
Hi, yes you are right. The game was paying much too high with play money. In fact, I played the game last night after I got your PM's and immediately won several hundred credits with
real money as well. Within 5 minutes the owner of the site hit me up on Skype and asked me to jump out of the game as he was uploading some fixes and patches to this game (I forwarded him your PM's to me earlier in the day). I played this game again just now and the win/loss ratio seemed reasonable.
Please do continue to let me or user 'Redcoin' know if you find any more bugs. We do appreciate it. Although I may not reply to all of your PM's I do read them, look into the issue, and pass the information you provide onto the site owner. 'RED' & I can both play these games for hours and still miss a problem. Although the games are developed by another company and have already been tested, we did find a few 'bugs' in beta testing which we alerted the game developer too (and which they fixed promptly). We will however continue to test and report any issues we find & take games offline if necessary while the problems are rectified.
Finally, yes you did PM me re your login issue. Customer login was temporarily disabled while we were enabling email verification for new accounts. Before I could look into your issue, you PM'd me again to say not to worry about refunding your 0.02BTC as you could now login so the issue was obviously sorted.
