Yes you are right, Engine ($ENGN) seems like a pretty good cryptocurrency/Blockchain gaming project. I hope that it is going to be successful , although that would completely depend on the team and how much hard work they will put in in promoting the project to reach more users or audience.This token would be a pretty good choice to make and I believe that the value will be higher in the future. But like I said it is totally going to depend on the team and the level of hard work that they are going to put in on this. Sometimes there are good projects that you will see in the cryptocurrency market and due to one reason or the other they wouldn’t meet up to your expectation of them. So, I am hoping that this one is going to be different. From what I’ve seen so far it is a really good project.
OP has a lot of capital to invest, why don't you buy coins that have low market cap I mean, FLOW has a market cap above $1 billion usd, you can see some new tokens that have blockchain technology like AME, BerylBit and KIAN, for the long term long, I think the price will go up because all three projects have ideas and products that I think are new.

Yes, bitcoin, ethereum and binance has performed well in the community that made investors to take the coins as their top priority to invest a huge amount of money. Many investors has spread the wonders those old coins has caused positively into their investment during the pandemic that took over 2 years, that was causing other coins investors pain because of the little profits they were receiving at the moment.
Many people will prefer to invest their money on old coins base on the good achievement they have received from those old coins in the community compare to new coins you don't really know, if they are good for long term or short investment in this season. I think if we invest as high as $1,000,000 to get 2x or even more it is a fatal mistake.This happens because that amount of money will immediately be able to control the price of the assets we buy.
in the $1 million we have when we buy we will see the price going up because of buying in bulk.

Matic Solana and Polkadot for me, if I have that much money I'd pack these three altcoins and stake them for long term probably two years which will definitely double my holdings, still this money is way too much for just three coins
Staking is always good, stable coins are good to stake and to find some interesting trustworthy projects. I stake soma ADA, and very soon LFI, LunaFi coin that will launch soon, pretty good project you can check it yourself. 
If I absolutely had to invest into altcoins then in that case, would most likely want to play it safe by only picking the most known and the ones with the largest market caps as of today. So that would be in the general area of Ethereum, Binance BNB, Cardano and perhaps, only perhaps a bit of that money could go into new and unproven altcoins like maybe 10-20% to Solana and Luna.

Well, keeping my eggs in different baskets always, so I would look for something in the gaming area. Recently discovered Engine token where developers bring their AAA games onto blockchain. And crypto gaming is future, so I think it has a high potential to be very successful.
Also, I'm a bit of a gambler myself, so my other option would be LunaFi. Why I like it is because usually when gambling the house always has benefits, but with LunaFi it allows investors to be the house. So in my head it's like a win win situation for me.
And I would also invest into some third altcoin, I haven't figured out to which one yet

if i deposit $1,000,000 then i will diversify to potential altcoins
which has a good project that is always growing. regardless of the risks that exist but the potential is always there if the crypto market is normal there are no problems such as bad issues that will affect the price of coins.
I think a good potential project to invest in right now is

if you have that much money to invest it would be a good idea to also set aside a small portion (5% or 10%) of that money to invest in a new project. although investing in new projects has a very high risk and most of them are not worth investing in but that is not a reason for us to stop investing in new projects because the crypto market still needs new projects to continue to grow. On the other hand if you invest in the right new altcoins you will make huge profits in no time.
