I do see lots of changes to forum posters after the introduction of merit system. I believe getting them some idea may lead to have many useful summary based topics. Let me add/edit things into OP based on your suggestions.

I understand you prefer people to start overview topics regardless of how they will be taking care of those topics ? I guess Part-1, Part-2 kind of continuations also will be a solution here. But locking out the first topic would be the co-operation the successor needs to get.

You should also include discussions to a good micro earning sites or some revshare, or crowdfunding sites. Tho the only thing that is not good about most of this sites are they can easily shut it down anytime they wanted to especially those crowdfunding type of sites.

No. Your suggestions are really good and unfortunately till now we are not having those overview topics. I like to start a thread for web wallets but then decided to start for bitcointalk based lenders. (Let me steady on them and also how feasible for me with my schedules)
