Every coin and token in crypto is unstable, because that's the norm of it. You just have research about it for you to be able choose the best ones to invest in. But I suggest Ethereum, since it has been the second best to Bitcoin for a long time now, and the other top alts.

I believe that stable altcoins must have a quantitative user base, and its products have the potential to attract new customers. I think such altcoins will be relatively stable!
On my own opinion most of the stable tokens have large user base or the project that has MVP or have physical product that people can use. The top 10 altcoins tokens is the best I can offer or suggest for these question.
The most stable coin is the ethereum because it ranks 2 in the crypto market and shows a good stable growth

I think the more coins and projects used for the intended purpose, the more stable the price for the alcoin itself, but the potential of the project is also very important, because the more potential the project looks good it will be the stronger the investor holds the coin in the portfolio (the investor can still buy coins ), Altcoin is always dynamic, because its market capitalization must be shared with other altcoins. Crypto-currency EOS absolutely does not play any role in the software being developed. Each blocking company that accepts EOS software must have its own crypto currency. As for the EOS tokens, they have one purpose - collecting money to implement the idea.

I just know about stable coin called DAI, and this coin tradeable in some exchange and use it also in some broker for make deposit and withdrawal. So totally there are 3 stable coin now, those is Tether, TUSD and DAI. And beside these coin, all coin has high fluctuacion, stable coin give solution to avoid loss when all crypto going down.
There is no such a thing as stable. Maybe some of them are much stronger than othe others. They can survive at least. I like omisego. It always keeps its rank in the coinmarketcap.
I consider the most stable interchange coins in the cryptoworld those alt coins with huge market capital and that is ETHEREUM, BITCOIN CASH, and the new comer RIPPLE each with a major market top.

Eth is definitely one of, if not the most stable altcoin. Outside of Eth, the other coins with innovative and useful technology "should" stay relatively stable.
It should be understood that the crypto market is quite young, and regular corrections here are quite normal. Among the reliable options now highlight BTC, ETH and Ripple.
