It depends on what type of wallet you are going to use. There are a few types of wallets:

Online Wallets(online exchanges, websites)
Mobile Wallets
Desktop Wallets
Hardware Wallets
Paper Wallets
Hrere are my recommendations:

Forget it!
Copay(very user friendly), Mycelium
Electrum
Ledger, Trezor
The thing with paper wallets is that it is more important how you generate them and how you keep them safe. Any tested paper wallet should do the work. Electrum for example could generate you a paper wallet.
Read more about the types of wallets and backups here: BlockchainHub

Don't forget to backup your wallet!

Looking for a secure place to store my bitcoins. What do you recommend? I found a few here, but looking for more feedback: http://cryptomarketmag.com/2018/01/07/best-bitcoin-wallets-2018/

Thanks!
As mentioned in the list above the Ledger Nano S and the Trezor are the best ever wallets out there as they are hardware wallets.
Hardware wallets provide the best security for crypto currencies. You will also hear Electrum wallet from many people as the most convenient wallet to use. It is true as it is compatible with all the devices. Apart from all of these wallets, Mycelium wallet has been my most used wallet as it is convenient and efficient to use. It provides features such as custom fees, reboradcast transaction, cancel transaction etc... which not many of the wallets provide. It's seed can be backed up and used whenever we want.

Not quite true, as Electrum is not currently compatible with Ledger Nano S using Segwit accounts (they don't pair). So if you are going to be using Electrum, than pair it with Trezor. If not, you can buy whichever: Trezor or Ledger.

I generally recommend hardware wallets to everybody: their price is currently very low compared to the value of any considerable crypto holdings at the current prices, while the level of protection and security they give you is unparalleled.

It depends on your country. Here in the Philippines mostly of us use coins.ph, I personally use Coins.ph because it already has its own bitcoin converter. converting your bitcoin to our currency. although the downside here is that their fee is so high. and they have a very low converting price. but all in all, it is trustworthy. I am using it for a year now.

The best bitcoin wallets to store your bitcoin are offline wallets such as Ledger, or Trezor.
And the best bitcoin online wallets that I know are Xapo.com, blockchain.info, and Luno.com

What I use right now is coins.ph. it is very user-friendly. It makes you convert btc from any currency in just a snap. It also shows real-time update on Bitcoin's growth in months, weeks and days.

I use 4 out of these 5 wallets and each are pretty good at serving their own purpose but definitely the most secure are the hardware wallets..

I haven't used Trezor before I do have the Ledger Nano S. Super secure, easy to use and holds a great range of altcoins, as well as bitcoin.

If you're not ready to buy a hardware wallet, the Exodous wallet is a good desktop wallet for bitcoin and alts and Jaxx is great if you prefer to use your smartphone. I only use Electrum as a burner wallet for all the bitcoin forks (coz I don't want to use private keys for my main wallets).

The best bitcoin wallets are definitely those which allow you to have control over your private key such as cold storage wallet, paper wallet and software wallet. I don't put my bitcoin on any exchange/trading sites, I only keep a few for emergency use in case I need to buy altcoins or whenever I need to convert it into fiat. So far, I love my cold storage wallet and it's giving me nothing but satisfaction and peace of mind.

An offline wallet , like Electrum , is better than other online wallets, like an exchange
Or better than all, paper wallet / ledger
Online wallet are too risky, and you can lose your money easy

I prefer a local wallet that is clearly able to protect our privacy account has even been much evidence that has been felt local people here, the reason to prefer the local bitcoin wallet because of course in terms of security is definitely maintained to the maximum so as not to disappoint people who use it.

Blockchain.info’s wallet system features an easy to understand interface, two-factor authentication, and various other security options. It comes with built in ShapeShift trading for easy conversion of bitcoin, Ether and Bitcoin Cash. Unlike some of the alternatives, it doesn’t require identification, though it’s encouraged to ease account recovery if necessary.
