For big money i always believe the best investment plan is Bitcoin and if you want to follow any other currency after Bitcoin then you can invest in ethereum. Otherwise, if you need others suggest then go cmc and check top all currency i hope you will found best currency for long time investment.

Bitcoin will always be the best investment plan but there are some altcoin in the market which are doing pretty well and an example Yearn Finance(YFI) which I only invested some few dollars when the price was at $14K and I'm sad now wishing I have put more money on it.
In the meantime, Investing 15% in altcoin other than BTC and ETH is a pretty good idea if the altcoin has good potential.

Yes, it is right that investment ($2000) on bitcoin won't bring you big money but investment on popular and potential coins like bitcoin, ethereum are more safe.

We all know that whatever coins that are trending now in the market, bitcoin is still the best coin in all seasons. For me I will choose ETH when I have capital for investment because ETH is next to bitcoin and has very active support and also has a low price compare to bitcoin which price is already high.

Bitcoin has always been the top choice in this market and will definitely account for half of my total assets in investing. I bought Bitcoin a few months ago and my profits are very high now so you generally don't need to worry too much about the current market. However, nothing is certain when you get involved and it's better to be careful when making a decision.

Better to make your own research in coin you are interested to buy rather than asking for advice from others which could go wrong and make you regret it.

Some of the coins like bitcoin, ETH, BNB are the ones which are like part of the majority people's portfolio. This time also we saw that bitcoin started to rise and ETH followed it and other altcoins as well started to rise. So such coins are like the must which helps your portfolio to grow if some other coins are not rising during the same period.

Idena seems to be getting a ton of attention, I am seeing that name over and over again, haven't checked it myself, haven't seen it myself, never invested never researched so this is not an advice but more like telling you what others are looking at, you should probably do a lot further research but that name comes up all the time.

Hopefully there will be a lot more improvements on ethereum, that is the one I am looking at, if it improves and becomes 2.0 and be awesome that would mean a lot, however even if it fails and not be 2.0 at the very least we could say that it is ethereum, second ranked coin, even at the current stage it is already good enough to be powerful and a good thing. However one thing is for sure, if you want to invest you have to check all of them yourself.
