in my opinion, if you want to invest, of course, should be adjusted to your ability, if you have a small investment then the profit will be small and if investments with large capital of course will get big profits, but you must know that investment will always have risk

the biggest challenge of being an investor or a trader with a small capital is a loss factor.this needs to be calculated, do not make the wrong decision that can cause you to lose most of your capital or investment funds.

Most obvious thing that is coming onto my mind is that you will feel less profit going on if you will invest small, it is impossible to earn $10,000 when you have invested $20.
One of the thing is really what you said. The said profit on the rise would be less as amount invested is less. But on the other hand if the market crashes you would not be losing much of the money had you invested lot of money in it.

if i am to relate such investment to cryptos in particular, i would say the main challenge has to do with fees associated with transfers of small capita,especially withdrawal fees.
