You should look into buying altcoins like neo and litecoin if you are looking for good altcoins to hold for the longterm which are still relatively cheap. If you ahve coins like this in your portfolio then you can be sure that the coins will end up doing well in the long run. Better still you can just go for the best altcoin which is ETH presently.
In my opinion, I think Ethereum is best for the long term, because every day more and more demand or more investors who want to hold Ethereum.I myself am very sure Ethereum will be good in the future.until now I still believe in altcoin ETH because there is not any altcoin other than eth is interesting, and in my opinion ETH very in trust for the holding
I believe that for a long investment the most the good coin-Ethereum. because she's second in popularity.
That’s easy. You can’t go wrong with Ethereum, Litecoin and Ripple. Do invest in all three to diversify your portfolio. Never put all your eggs in one basket.
Neo, ADA and ZIl are my big holds right now
I'm still checking out other coins, but definitely ETH for now. Price is low. There's a chance for a raise in the future. I just invested in chozun 途赞 and I'm planning to hold after token generation.

Right now everything is on discount and no one knows if the discount will get smaller or greater next month. But there a few good picks nonetheless, especially Electra, Pareto, Oyster shell, and don't forget Oyster Pearl that just launched their main net while the price is on an all time low, completely without any reason as far I understand and it will not last for long.
holding is not a good idea when it comes to a high risk asset like altcoins. when you want to do a long term investment which is the right word for HODL then you need to first assess the risks and if they were reasonably low enough then you invest. of course it is also about the reward you gain by taking this risk too.
for example the reason i am a BitcoinHodler is that my assessment of bitcoin risk/reward is that although the risk is high but it is still reasonable and a lot lower than the risk of altcoins. meanwhile the reward is high enough to not only justify the risk but also create enough incentive to choose bitcoin over anything else.
if you really can find the same circumstances in an altcoin then do it. otherwise it is not wise to just take risks blindly.

Many peoples say hold long term.But I can't think good coins for long term,Because this market is now very problemeble.What are the good Altcoins to HOLD Long term? Any suggestions? Thank You.
if you don't have enough knowledge how to buy a good coin then i suggest to make some research always before buying and holding for long term , because most token nowadays always turn to shitcoin after months or after ico ends , so don't rely on others thoughts about the project , instead put more effort to make technical analysis on it to assure you're in a good coin. Such white paper of the project, sites and etc where you can obtain more information behind the project.
I think Altcoin that is suitable for long-term investment is Ethereum because of its high price it requires us to invest long-term to get more profit, and my prediction in the end of the year Eth price will rise
I suggest that you don't hold any tokens for a long time. Now the market is down for a long time. If you choose to hold it for a long time, you may face more losses!
There are a few worth holding, the best and most likely to still be around in a few years are in the top 20 market caps which can be checked on coinmarket cap
I think both Ethereum and ripple are worth holding altcoins for a long time. EOS can make you short-term profit. If you are busy and can't trade every day, then you can buy some Ethereum and then don't look at the market. 
Current market supplies many altcoins and many experts and members tell about top of them. There you can find such altcoins as ETH, Neo and Litecoin. All of them are checked so you can be sure in their reputation and in the future trends.
I think the best coin for long term hold is coin that strong enough and has big marketcap. Avoid to invest long term in ICO or new Alt because some new Alt will failed not too long after the coin sale.
So many coins are there and their is good coins for long term hold. First bitcoin, ethereum and look for eos and neo ofcourse do not rely from someone make a move to find the best for long term hold. This is still depends on you in which is profitable.
we have a lot of altcoin options for us to make long-term investments, and the coin you propose for us to be able to make long-term investments that I think is very good, bitcoin is currently experiencing a very deep decline, so now we can buy it and make it a long-term investment , and Ethereum, EOS, NEO, even this coin I think is also good for us to make it as a long-term investment. 
if in my opinion a good altcoin for hold long term is EOS, because I think in the future EOS will grow very fast.
I see a good coin for Hold in the long run is altcoin that has a Flatform like bitcoin, the Bitcoin cash , bitcoin diamond and bitcoin cash, or ethereum.
for us the good altcoin we hold in the long run, bitcoin, neo, ada and ethereum, seeing as its development is also very good in the future, and also the price is still cheap.
I think ETH EOS BTC NEO is worth looking forward to in the future, and now the price is very suitable.
