As for me I use eth for three things, First one I use eth to invest in ico's in order to double my eth, Second I hold eth as a long term because I believe it will do well in the future and finally I use eth to buy recharge cards online using sites that sales recharge cards online.

Well when the PoS is succesfully implemented into ETH blockchain and people will be able to stake their ETH im pretty sure that so many people will going to put their money into ETH and stakes their ETH
even if the amount of ETH required is big, they will do it nevertheless since it's the same as dividend, just like when you are investing into stock.
