Monopoly! I love these pieces called "Tokens" and I like how you can learn some basic math when it comes to deposits and withdrawals in the bank.
I haven't played board games in a long time. But my favorites would be Risk, Monopoly and Cluedo.
I love a game of good old monopoly , and the original one too.
its a game of strategy, resource collection, collaboration, and competition. Quicker pace and more fun than monopoly.
I love Chess, the expansion makes it even better 
My favorite board game when I was a kid is Snakes and Ladders. It's such a great past time for us and often times we play it competitively. The punishment is you have clean up the game after.

For sure, my favorite board game is no other than CHESS! The game is so challenging and it requires knowledge, skills, and strategies to defeat your opponent.
