Currently many people buy and hold crypto currencies for many reasons.
It will be interesting to share your goals in 2018.
Mine would be to make 20,000$ profit then I would take back my initial investment plus half of the profit. The remaining half will be used for re-investment.

For now i think i will hold my money till the time bitcoin start to drop and we know that is not gonna happen soon. The increasing price is so fascinating that everyone would want to make profit out of it and would i. The money(bitcoins) i had 2 months back has automatically been doubled due to rising prices of bitcoin. So, holding it is the best option for me.
If everything will go according to plan this year, then probably my next goal in 2018 is to invest in ICO and do trading since these are one of my plans before i get into this forum. I've heard that many have gained profit out from investing ICO and trading. I know how risky to invest in ICO but i am ready for it whatever the result may be.
My goal in 2018 is still the same as this year, I will investment and of course I will hold all the bitcoin I have even though I know the value of bitcoin is very fluctuating. but I will keep it.

My goals on 2018 is to build a new house for my family so that they will not jam in the small house therefore my goals on 2018 is to build a new house and to build a small business for my family so that they will have a earn. Currently many people buy and hold crypto currencies for many reasons.

Well I have sold all my BTC a year ago, I want to start to buy again when the price is good 
Trying to make the maximum amount of btc berore it reach insane value.
Mine would be $5,000 only. $20,000 is too big. Making that huge money is impossible for myself. But it is your goal after all. I set my goal for what I am capable only. I expect less. $5,000 is big enough for my dreams. I will work harder so I can achieve my goal in 2018. If I accomplished my goal, I will invest that money in year 2019 to make it bigger.

Good, if you can follow through with that plan because chances are that you might even spend that initial investment unawares as has been the case with many and they keep reluctant until bitcoin shoots up higher out of their range.

In addition to Bitcoin, Eth is quite an opportunity to become an investment destination in future although now the price of Eth is still declining but i'm sure the development and popularity is quite good, so this does not rule out that Eth will always experience an increase and the price will definitely go back up next year.
Well, I don't have any exactly number of profit like you have. I just want to have at least some profit that would satisfy my basic need. I am pretty new here and for now I am just collecting coins, but my plan is altcoins trading. ETH is very promissing crypto and it became my main target

Yes.I also want to have more profit and make my life even more progressive and be rich somehow.So i want to make bitcoin as my top priority and buy more bitcoins and hold them.
I actually plan to save my bitcoins and not withdraw it immediately after receiving , I've never hold 1 bitcoin since my entire jorney on cryptocurrency so I am planning to hold atleast 1 bitcoin or more before 2018 ends

My goal in 2018 is to ranked up atleast sr.member in order for me to be able to join signature campaign easily to earn big because as of now the most rank needed in signature campaign is sr.member and up and also if i start to earn big I will save it for my future and will continue to bitcoin here in this site to get rich.
I would buy some Bitcoin. i think bitcoin will rise up more in the year 2018. I want do invest also to some other coins because i do believe i would be able to get a good profit from crypto. want to do invest in the crypto currency in the year 2018.
Currently, I have many goals for the next year about bitcoin. First goal, is trying hard to claim my first bitcoin in the upcoming year, and I will keep it untouched in my wallet, second, I will try to learn about other great domain, to earn more bitcoin, Third, I will try to quit gambling, or to decrease this addiction a bit. Thoses are my goals for the next year for now.
