There are actually a lot of ways to make money here, you can join in some ICO's but as of now ICO's are not good because of the market's condition. There's another you can join, IEO, it is better I think to ICO's. But as of now, I prefer investing in some tokens, buying some more when the price is low just like today and waiting on the right time that the price will rise up and that is the time that I will sell it. I have done mining but I did not go well because I am not getting any money, I don't have better RIG for mining because before you can mine bigger money you need to have bigger video cards also.

Depending on exchange where this IEO takes place. For example, Huobi IEOs are doing x2-x3 directly after exchange listing, so it makes more sense to contribute during the sales. But for a token sale on Probit, it is better to wait for the listing, because projects are getting dumped hardly after the sales.

It is not easy to answer for this question. However, if you are HODLing some of the ALTCoins, then you will reap benefits than all these new projects. We never know who is going to scam people and who is not..

Try to find out from there both, try to avail both so you can compare, for me it depends also on what project you participating for, but first observe and look what is the project for to prevent scammed.

Every thing could used to gain profits as long as we know the opportunity that may appear than.particpate in IEO could give us more profit if there is hype in market.more hype will make project better and usually in market we will see higher price than ieo price.finding projectz with high hype very difficult now , investors already have experience that tell hype just temporary.

that's a question you can't answer like that. basically i'll tell you my personal approach to interesting projects now.
i take part in the bounty campaign if there is one and buy additionally at the ICO/IEO or the following listing on the exchanges. so you push down the average price enormously and get faster into the green area. Cool

Well it would be better if you would participate in IEO as early as it is. Either way if it fails it will fail. Besides it is hard to predict though. I high suggest that you should participate before hand in a Project whom you think won't get you scam or won't fail along the run. So you do not have to worry on where would you get a better profit. Lastly, always remember if it fails it would fail either if you participate before or not.

People participating IEO for quick profits by selling the IEO coins right after the IEO ends.
That's why many IEO coins dumped out a week after or 2 weeks after the IEO helds. People are hunting for next IEO instead of investing in previous IEO.

Token prices often fall after the IEO, so I think we should buy later because the bigger the discount we can get here.
It also depends on the project especially if more people are willing to buy the token even after the IEO is over.
So we should also look at demand as it is strong on people and of course the project also look at whether or not it is a scam.

Yes, but some profit in after an IEO takes place, because most of them when listed in an exchange the price go lower than IEO price, so I think buying in an exchange for a cheaper price is good. You may get more profit if you buy more before it booms in other exchanges also. You may invest in other coins that they have been partnered also.

Agree, I also prefer to buy tokens that have been listed on the exchanger. Now is the period where the price of tokens is quite cheap compared to a few months ago and in my opinion this is the right time to accumulate tokens or coins that we think are potential in the future

Ofcourse participate in IEO, because the market price after IEO must be higher than IEO price but how long the price will higher than IEO price it depends on how good the project is.

Buying the tokens from exchnages works the best for me. I find it cheaper usually and I cannot understand why people will buy at ICO when it is so much cheaper on the exchange. I am too afraid to invest directly into an ICO and if I use an exchange I do not need KYC. It just seems much safer with less to lose. I can also take part in their bounty campaign to earn those tokens instead of buying them. That is also a safe way for me.

I think it all depends on the exchange. If for example IEO is conducted by the Binance exchange, then participation in IEO will bring more profit.
