They both will bring profits but i am not sure which will bring the highest profit because its somehow tricky, sometimes choosing and investing in IEO straight away is better and once the token get listed dump instantly, the value will surely go down if you hesitate. If it was ICO, I would have advised not to participate in their pre ICO until they enter an exchange because that is the only time that you can know exactly how a project is performing well, and if you are more particular in holding it for a long term investment and not for a short term investment where they can just pump the coin and you will be lucky to be a smart investors to withdraw easily, but it is not so easy to be that fast to catch ICO pump which could make you be a looser.If is about IEO, it also depends too, if you are a short term trader and you want to quickly make money from IEO investment, it is easier to make money when you buy as soon as they release the project which most IEO usually have about 400% increase which they will eventually dump after the IEO sales of exchange.
Yes binance exchange for anyone IEO you can makes profitable so will be carefully don't participate low volume exchange IEO. Remember it trust people will run anytime for any popular exchange because their always want follow investors profits. So i recommend that you can participate those projects IEO, where listing more popular exchange.
More profit will bring of course participation in the very beginning of IEO. When exactly to buy, it is your decision. If you want to participate in IEO on a proven exchange, it is better to participate at the very beginning.

Both are goal getters when it comes to making profit, but they both have their shortcomings.Not all IEOs give quick and big returns, most especially at this time. You will see most of then dump, when listed.
Well, what makes investing after trader good, is the fact that you might be a able to buy at low price.

now the hype on IEO decreasing, but if you can choose the right project you can get a good profit by investing on IEO my friend
and both is not an options for me, because i will choose only a solid and reliable project to invest, maybe a proven project with smart team and strong community such as binance coin and ethereum

It will depend on the project, if you see potential on the project then its better to buy during the IEO because it is still cheap. Though base on my experience, after the exchange listing the value of the token drops sharply so you can also consider this one and don’t aim for bonuses during the IEO period.
Personally, I believe that profits can be obtained in various ways. For example, quick profit is when you can immediately sell something and get a good income. Or for example, you can make investments for the future. Buy a promising coin such as Ethereum and in the near future receive excellent profits.
IEO seems to be in it's last legs right now and buying a token after it's IEO isn't also a money maker right now, before you invest in a projects do your own research and make sure you believe in that project 100% to avoid any disappointments.
Buying a token early before the market opens is much more risky but can bring more profit. This is how it is with most tradable assets. The bigger the risk the bigger the profit but also the potential loss. If you are ready to risk more and gamble a bit buy at a presale. If you want to play it safe wait for it to start trading on the open market.

It depends on you and your strategy, to get into good IEO project now is difficult but if you wait and enter after listing you might have decent profit. Just look at Matic for example, people waited and enter into it and pumped 10X. I know IEO on Binance has given good profit after listing but this can not be said of all IEO

Now the prices for tokens of almost all IEOs are falling after they enter the exchange. Of course, it is logical to wait for the token to enter the exchange and buy it. However, there are IEOs that have potential and when they enter the exchange, the price can hold on and even show growth. But such IEO is very, very few. If you plan to purchase a token of a particular company, then be sure to study all the information about its capabilities, team, token economy, partners and product. All this will give you the opportunity to make the right choice.

I think it usually depends. If the IEO you've joined is a good one, waiting to the exchanges of the token would deifinitely bring you more money. If ever the IEO you've participated in gives constant and promising profit, then you should stick on it. Just make sure that the IEO you have joined in is a trustworthy one and not just something that would waste your time. Always be mindful on picking a good IEO because regrets are always way more worst than cautiousness so be smart and be aware of what's happening on your surroundings.

If you are a risk taker, investing in IEO would give higher returns as during this stage, price of tokens are very cheap and discounted. But be sure you are investing in a legitimate project or youll end up having coins that are of no use when these does not reach exchanges. Investing after it hit exchanges is a secure process as you have idea how the coin will hold in the market. At early listing period, normally these coins are cheap so its worth investing during that time.

In my own personal opinion, you better check it first before you invest in any IEO projects because maybe you could also get scam like other investors and bounty hunters who participated in ICO projects. A lot of people do really have doubts in IEO projects too because some think that it might be profitable and some says it does not.

Buy token from exchange less risk to get profit than have buy IEO coin without consistent have higher price after listing or not, with altcoin ready on exchange we can buy on lower price sell on higher price, now many IEO give bad reputation for crypcurrency market where price always be dump after listing with exchange market, now we have start investing with coin already on exchange market.
