I believe there isn't any currency already created at this moment that will reach closer to Bitcoin. Only on a really long term Bitcoin will be surpassed, when a new more advanced technology comes and bring something really original and not clones of Bitcoin like currently AltCoins we see for now.
The original can't be replaced by its clones...

Many influential people are behind bitcoin cash so I think it is one of those coins that follow bitcoin because bitcoin cash is the more improve bitcoin and there are many pro's in it. But bitcoin cash won't become bitcoin no matter what happens because bitcoin have a mark here in cryptocurrency. And I don't remove the possibility of etherium become one of those successful coins someday because the coin start rising together of bitcoin these past few months.
Would you advise me to buy bitcoin cash then? Or ethereum If their price can bounce faster than bitcoin itself?
easy. there is no compulsion to invest anywhere. and that's all the risk of each including bitcoin. well let's start finding out good investments not just the many bitcoin that await like eth and monero they are pseudo are very big potential for investment.

We dont know what will happen in the future but I will support your opinion that bitcoin is the king and cannot replace of any altcoin.

- In my perception, bitcoin gold is not a good coin to invest in I think you need to avoid it dude or else in the end you might gonna regret it to investing it.
I think Etherium has the potential to be next to Bitcoin because the Etherium has a pretty good progress, as well as the increased graphics Etherium and significant increase in price. I think that way.
Your thinking is right. ETH have some better results that can help it to grow more. Even if you compare all the coins in altcoin family, you will come to know that ETH will be placed at number one and then LTC and then other comes. ETH and LTC are potential coins and they are progressing so fast. think I'll start switching to ETH because I think ETH will follow the BTC trail. although to be like BTC will take a long time but I am sure ETH will be able to follow the track BTC
If I will choose one coin whom I believe will be next to bitcoin, I will pick ETH. No doubt because its has the second highest market cap and many people are holding it too like bitcoin. But if you are asking about the one who will take bitcoins place in the future I think no one will do. Bitcoin is the first coin and still the best and the most trusted coin.

Bitcoin is really a huge one. It is hard to predict what coin will be next to it. It's hard to take over the place of bitcoin, it gone too far. Bitcoin is a remarkable asset of crypto industry. But observing the altcoin, ethereum has it's best potential to rock crypto community. Ethereum is in demand for almost traders of newly existing altcoins. I cannot indeed if it will be the next bitcoin but no one can say what will happens on the future.

It has been tested, it has been used and there is one thing about the first mover in the ICO platform world, and as long as the devs keep working hard to make the platform better, it would always get a useful spot probably next to bitcoin. Although, no one can really say which coin may end up being next, and only future can tell. There are so many coins that would be the next big one but no one can really say which one ends up as such as we cannot be certain of the future. However, I am sure some of the devs are really working hard; knowing that this is a very competitive space and anyone who is not smart enough to do the needful, will eventually get sidelined in the long run.

sure.but i believe that Ethereum would make higher value but wont be closer

There is only 4 coins that it will be the most successful after bitcoin. But these coins cannot replace bitcoin.

I agree on this, I also don't consider that there will be some other altcoins that will be the same like bitcoin or next to it.
