If from 50 coinmarketcap I see NPXS will continue to advance towards the top 10.
I see the NPXS is a new ICO coin but seeing that the amount of Etheruem finances that have been collected is a lot, there are around 961,811 ETH

I can not guess all the coin on the list of the 10 biggest coin, because not enough time to study all, I just focus on a few coin that I feel good. With OmiseGO being the coin I believe it will reach the top 10 next year, when blockchain is very useful to the bank because it's transparent, look at the ripple and see the demand from banks around the world.
Bitcoin and ethereum will definitely be there, maybe digibyte and NEO could get near the top 10 or they could even managed to get to there, as well as the ones that already belong to that group.
What's the top 10 coins by end of this year or 2019 really don't matter for any investors. Already most of them invested in all those coins. My major investments are just in BTC, BCH and ETH others already sold. Just BCH and ETH not performing well but hope it will get to road soon.
I think projects like Tezo will lead the way in 2019, we have not seen the full potential of the project because of the infighting in their community. The project is backed with strong team and have strong backers. Another project that is likely to make a waves in 2019 id Hybrid exchange

LISK will be ready to launch in full so that will definitely pump, and QTUM will have pushed out tens of thousands of nodes. When these long term projects develop they will push out the no-purpose coins like bitcoincash which does nothing more than store value

it is difficult to predict what happen in next in crypto market. I think some tokens and coins will be replaced or not it's only time that will tell. I believe that in 2019 will make something good for crypto people.

People have long analyzed this whole structure, so they have achieved great success based on their conclusions. Therefore, always need to consider possible failures. 
I will try help suspecting that the rundown won't change in light of the fact that the capitalization of these tokens which right now involve that volume has not changed much in rate, likely everything will be the same.

I think there will be not that much changes. The previous coins will stay in the list I guess and they can just replace their previous positions. Or if any changes happen then it will be one or two coins.
I think without a doubt that bitcoin and ETH will keep their position, and down there nothing can be safe and will depend a lot on what many currencies do with their development, for example, EOS if it maintains its position and complies with the roadmap, I think it will remain stable and may even go up some more.
I believe bit coin is the top of the list. The altcoin also develop well. So I think bitcoin and some alt coin are the top of the list by 2019.
May be the top 10 list by 2019 will remain the same or it might be replaced by some other new crypto currency. Nobody can predict the future what will happen. I think it won’t be so easy for other to replace the position because the entire remaining list has the great potential. Time will tell simply what’s going to happen.
Given the track record of Cardano (ADA) I think it is already close to top 10 cryptocurrencies of 2018. Moreover, their developers are working really hard to introduce new features and technologies that will just improve the market ecosystem for ADA. This coin has a huge chance to get into the top 10 list by 2019.
Litecoin might have the potential to make it into the list,given people are already putting it after BTC. At the same time, it seems unlikely that ETH will be able to make the list or not.
