20 years, 100 years or even 1000 years. Cryptocurrency will be cryptos and will survive for longer than expected. And I think there will be more developments after so many years of survival. We had to invest bitcoin while the iron is hot. I mean, we should take advantage of the popularity and while the price is at the dip.

So many people who are just selling off their coin now, I see them as people eating their future today, so to all ye investors out there, don’t eat your future today because of lack of patience, invest for the future of your children and care more about what tomorrow holds than you selfish ambition of now.
In order for people to invest in Bitcoin for the long term, they need to understand it first, which the far majority of the them unfortunately don't. For them it's just an interesting short term bet.But then again, people are free to do whatever they want with their coins. I strongly believe that those who are selling right now to lock in 10-20% profits will end up buying back their coins at way higher levels.
I must admit though, I was tempted to sell some coins around $5300 to have some more fiat ready in case the price tanks, but didn't proceed because I do prefer to wait and transferred the coins to my cold wallets instead.

Even if I know that in 20 years the meteorite will collapse on the earth, and Bitcoin will disappear in 10 years, anyway, today I will invest in crypto. There are many reasons and one of them is the potential income that you can get here. While there is a chance it should be used.
Why should wait for until 100 years and i think most of us will died before reach 100 years and if we talking about bitcoin or the price movement i think we don't have to wait until that year and possibly for next 10 years everybody will regretting their decissions why not buy bitcoin at present time because i'm sure on 2029 bitcoin price will higher than now
20 years, 100 years and 1.000 years, that's going to be 3 different timezones, with very different possibilities. Most of us still going to live in 20 years from now. I think most money will have gone digital in 20 years from now. Fiat will most likely still be there, but Bitcoins will have become a store of wealth for people with money.
100 years from now, I think the world will be lead by a small elite, and democracy, as we know it now, will have been abolished. 1.000 years from now, I think we will have been through several world wars, who knows what will be left after that.

It is naive to predict the future and foresee what can happen in 100 or even in 1000 years. Most of us (if not all) do not know what can happen to them tomorrow. We do depend on many things.

It is same like if we have no guaranty that how much we would live but still we do work and earn money for our future and may be we die tomorrow, So same here in bitcoin, we have no guaranty that bitcoin will live long life, but now it is popular crypto currency and we rely on it that in future bitcoin will be given us huge profit. However bitcoin is successful coin that's why hopefully in future it will be.
Things will be definite until it is already in the past and the future is uncertain for nobody could tell what will happen. It could go either way, you will became poor because you never invest in crypto now or you go broke because you invest in a bubble bursting. The safe way for me is to adjust/adapt what the current situation bring and work our way around it.

", should guide us to our lives after death. That is to say, after we have laboured to invest and acquire some coins now, some of those coins would worth much dollars in the future, then we need to secure our addresses very well and passwords too.

A century would be a lot different. I guess people will say "remember we use bitcoins and altcoins then?" because at that time i know someone will make another more automated mode of payment. Maybe a chip implanted on the hand or maybe some facial or fingerprint recignitions.
I think facial payment backup with a digital chip, in your phone, watch or whatever you carry with you, will be used as payment in stores. I also think that bitcoin price will be much higher than it is today, and will be used as a store of value in an inflated fiat world.

It's hard to speculate but we could make our own predictions based on our own belief. As for me, cryptocurrency could go more just as it did before. Who would have thought that it could bloom that way in just a span of years? I'm sure that it could strike higher in the years to come.
Hard to speculate the price for the next 100 years and I don’t want to bother myself thinking for that time since I know, it will be hard for me to enjoy the price at that moment since we are also getting older every year.
