If you think that you would be able to execute it better, then I suggest to push with your idea. Someone may have stole it (or possibly thought of the same idea) and the best way to combat that is to make your idea better than the copied one.

Unfortunately, there's no way for you to protect your idea even if it's originally yours. The best way to have some protection is to execute it. That way, you can have some copyright. By turning it into an actual project, then you can have some rights over it and have it protected.

I believe the best thing you can do is nothing, i mean if you don't have patent for that thing i believe that's the time you can sue her or him for mimicking it. But as long as you don't have any, i believe that's the best thing you can do. But in a simple scenario, i believe proving them that you're the one who really think about that one is the best one. and it's also a best shotgun for the one who replicates you.

Collaborating would not be easy because that team or company has already launched before you and may become the market leader if such projects do not exists. So chances become slim as they themselves would like to have the market share rather than sharing with others. Yes if such projects do already exists than its better to have more on boards so that your project become more effective than the existing ones.

Launch as a competition but add other things that will make your product stand out from the competitors

If is stolen I would get so mad but if someone really though with the same mentality as me and made a move before me i would offer my collaboration and do the idea together

The OP started the topic last August 2017 so I think he already decided what to do with it, anyway if I am with his shoe, I would still continue what I have started especially when I found it very interesting. Don't back out why would  you do that right? I hope that he pursue it, even if you idea was taken by someone and you cannot do any proof that it was yours, then still pursue and do everything to make your idea successful.

Just give project online, don't enter in the deep level execution,  but u suggest don't worry to much. Some time ideas are nothing until the action plan. So don't worry

Did you make your idea into reality and have a copyright for your idea? If yes then you can take the person or organization who took your idea on but one thing we should bear in mind is that ideas are not in the head of only one person. One idea can be in the mind of two or more different persons even at the same time and place.
If your idea has not been put into reality then i think it will be an opportunity for you to also modify and add more value to what has been taken from you. You have the idea and you can execute it better and best.

of course I will continue, if your idea is already in use you must have a backup idea
What I mean is plan B, you have to be ready from the start to start and not just rely on one material, you will not feel unmatched, desperate and quit.
Use your brain to think properly and keep the patient locked and optimistic
because there is no success in a short time

It will be easier for to make a better one since you already knew the flaws of the initial project. If you release the project the same time there is a tendency that you get 50-50 since project is the same but if you let him do what he do then you make a better one I could say that your project will be productive.

Ideas we have are already our possession. i get your point to move on and make a better one since we ourselves know the specs and features of the idea but we have to think of the legal matters. If the ideas have been patented under our name, we can file a suite. That's the best way to do. We have to claim our rights.

Although i have felt a bit resentful, I will continue to advance as a competitor and must be the best to beat them. Because in my opinion, this can not be let they must be reminded they must be reminded that "they" have stolen "the work of others".

In general, If your idea is really taken, then you must accept the truth of this loss and deal with it. As well, You should not stand on this opportunity that you have not exploited. And  from my opinion the best solution for this problem is progress, that means you must forget the past and learn from this experience and start again in the search for new ideas. and it is certain that these thoughts will be better than the last.

Furthermore, the most important thing is to achieve these ideas in fact, also exploitation of opportunities is very essential to realizate your goals.

You would really got frustrated when you do see someone who do stole up your idea but the thing you said on reporting then its possible but I do see it cant do much thing for them to stop since they do get your idea.The only thing you can show off is the full concept which cant really be stole upon you.

No one would really able to copy unique ideas came to your mind since you do start the idea you would really have the full scale of it which others cant really copy on.

If you have a very good idea then you also can not sure that your idea will work and you will be famous. Your brand new idea can be worthless and it also can be invaluable. You have discovered an idea and that is the main thing. Just think about to make it better by keeping this spirit in your mind. Can anybody say what will happen at future?
You find a wat to make that better and discover better projects with that if anybody already have started project with the idea you discovered. You can discover another idea with your talent when you have discovered an idea at past so you can also start a brand new project.

For me much better to compete because the idea is original from you, you only need is to think alternative way to defeat the other team or company thats life and that is business. Even you have unique idea if you show that to other they can copy that that is why you need to learn how to compete with your idea as always to challenge yourself to find unique idea again.

OK, this is my pet peeve.  Someone may have your idea, but you need to learn about market positions.

Someone has to be first to market, but that is hardly the only market position.

There is best to market - which is taking advantage of not being first so you can study how the market reacted to the first guy and make improvements.  There are so many advantages to not being first, it is naive to think that first to market is only to market.

First to market is almost never best to market, and best to market is better positioned than first to market.

There is also last to market.  These companies position themselves as "the latest", "newest"...they make themselves look more high-tech, and they make the competition look out of touch and dated.

There are many other market positions.  Just because someone has your idea means nothing.  As a marketer, I get a thrill out of kicking my competitors' asses anyway.

Steve Jobs pointed out that when Apple had 3% market share and then grabbed just .5% more, that was like a billion dollars.  This is how you want to see the market, as a giant pie that you're just trying to snag pieces of.

When I hear  someone complain that "someone has my idea", I want to tell them to go read "Positioning" by Jack Reis.

Lastly, competition is an indicator of an active market.  If no one has your idea, and the market has never seen your product/idea, then theoretically there is no demand for it.

i think the only thing you can do is being mad , it really against the law of copyright , but you do not have any proof that you are the first to think of that idea you cant even fight for it and you should let that issue i know that it is hard but you cant do anything , as long it has not posted yet here and was stolen before it was posted that one who got the idea is the one who has the authority with that idea .


and in case that the idea was posted and has stolen you can report it with link of the original post , that post is enough to be an evidence and it has a weight .

I will be angry .... Because it violates copyright and already there is a law. The person who has made his idea has worked hard physically and mentally. They easily steal ideas. It is very painful. And do not let it. Our country is a state of law and anyone who tries to hurt someone in any form will have sanctions. So do not once steal, even if only the idea stolen.

Don't lose heart. Just stick at it - 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration and all that.
