If I have an idea, I first google it, maybe already someone is working on my idea.
A very interesting proposition! I think so. When you have the seeds of an idea, you should defend it and let the project go as soon as possible because there will be many people who share the same ideas as yours. There are many people in the world. You start the idea first, you can walk in front of others, no matter how many difficulties, you must be the first person to know. You also need a team, we have a common sense of shape, strive for their own goals and achieve results.
Launch it because cowards have no place for successful people in this world. There's a lot of people who started the idea first but those others that comes after manage to knock them down. Nokia is the top brand when it comes to mobile phone long ago but now Apple is leading the way.
In this kind of situation, I will make this negative to be positive. I will challenge myself to improve what my idea that has been taken. Never give up even failures come because failure will lead us to success.
Launch but do it better. Competition is always present in the market so you just need to find a way to make your idea or project the best of them all.

Yes you have to lunch it because it is your first idea whom you first started,so dont be nervous about everything you want to do even though their is someone else does it first. Just make an innovation that beyond on the first doer. Make something better than it.because ideas came also from ideas just make something new in the eyes of society.I suggest it’s better if you create new idea even how hard to do it, moreover make sure that this idea was not discussed to everyone to assure that your plan is wrap and cannot steal by the intruders.
I strongly disagree with the people who are suggesting you find a completely new idea and don't tell anyone. One thing you should realize when starting a project is that someone else has already done something similar. There is no way around it. What you are trying to do has probably already been done. After you get past that mental barrier, you need to figure out what you are going to do that is going to make you so much better than everything that has already been done. Do you think Tesla was the first electric car company or Apple was the first computer company? No of course not. But when they came into the industry, they had a vision. A vision for how their products were going to change your life. Then, they executed on that vision. You need to do the same thing. Don't worry about what other people are doing. Don't even mind if you tell other people. Let other people know. Do you know why you can let other people know? Because you have the vision and passion for your idea, and they don't. It's really that simple. Stop thinking about whether or not you should do it and just do it. Then, you should come back and let us know how it goes!

There are more than 7.6 billion people in the world thus there is a high probability that someone else have the same idea as you.
Even if someone else start a similar project to yours don't give up, you can learn a lot from his experience and avoid his mistakes as you can add more features to attract more customers.

Think this way: You can look at each solution from different perspectives. If main idea is taken, find another valuable implementation of your solution or try to implement it with same idea but for another industry with some features developed specially for choosen industry.

I'm sorry this happened to you, but it happens to everyone. There is no project in this world that doesn't compete with something else. I would say there is no reason for you to stop developing your idea. One of the most important things to learn is how to follow through with development. I've had issues with following through in the past and realized that the best way to solve this problem is to complete a project and put it out there. Keep developing your idea, make changes to differentiate yourself, improve on the original idea, and add features that make it better than the competition. Competition is good. Competition will make you better.
Well first off I don't think you should be telling everyone your ideas in detail, but if he only went off of your idea, I would go against him as competition because you came up with the idea and you know how it is truly saposed to work. So go for it still try, but sadly you can't do anything to him about stealing an idea but you can still crush him in the competition.
Is you create an awesome idea you should review and check it and few of your ideas must be considered as youre main idea to create a bussiness of yours it may help you a lot. 
I can not ignore it ... maybe my idea will help him and he will use it in a good way and maybe help his family and make his future work better in the future

when the idea coming during the project so the well not explain it before the project completion because the project well release and the hacker hacked it
Personally, I would press ahead if i feel there is enough space in the market for myself and the competition. The motivation would be to do it better than them and dominate the market. Another option is to partner with the competition, as two heads are better than one.
first i need to know what other i deas i have that any one cant have so that i can fix where im wrong or what are the same idea i have to other, i need to creat my own imagination .
