I like listening to sad music at the time when I'm sad. It's a paradox, but it helps.

Video games are very distracted by all sorts of problems. Therefore, no matter what happens, you always find the strength to endure their grief and to sit down for this monitor, and start to play.
When you play a video game that does not have to think about the mood. It happens that even forget to eat. As the morning sat down to play, so I remember that night hungry. That was already the sadness comes, because the evening and nowhere to get food.

When I'm sad, and taht is note very often thanks God, I like to ride my bike, walk in the nature or just listen good music. But playing with my pet is the best way to chear me up when I'm realy sad.
There are times when a man just need to be alone and to gather with your thoughts. If you put all on the shelves and find out what the problem is, then, not only can solve everything, but also to avoid.

What kinds of music will not let me relax. I love heavy metal and, therefore, if I hear a melody, even I can not sleep. My legs and arms on their own jump.

When I am sad I watch funny animes and movies, read a comedy novel, play games and sleep so that I can divert my attention and not dwell on my sadness. Talking to others can also alleviate the sadness.
