Go on a long journey. Ideally on a train and to the sea. I like staring out the window and not having to talk to anyone.

A few hours of silence and movement usually put me right again.

I hit the golf course, then follow it up by eating a rare steak with red wine. Then I take a nap, wake up and well the rest is kinda random but I am good at that point. I do this every time I feel like I am beginning to 'tilt' to avoid longer periods of depression and it has worked flawlessly these last few years, before I was pretty down every winter. Almost like I peaked and felt so well during summers so hard that the serotonin was gone by winter come to think of it. I really like summers.

Any of you feel down, just take a treat yourself day and combine all the things you love to do into one. You got work then call in sick or whatever because it's like a days investment to avoid weeks/months of little productivity and bad being. Trust me it is worth it from every angle I can view it from.

I go play some chill games. When I play I relax. Thats realy work. I  play game and I think abuot him. When I relax my happnes is good. When happnes is good I am not sad.

When i feel sad i usually try to find good music for my soul and listening music one hour Its make me happy .

 play video games and drink alcohol or sometimes eat some heavy food for pleasure to forget sadness.

I wear my sport clothes and i go out for long walking when i feel sad myself and when i start to walk i listen soft music too it is getting better to me.

When I'm sad, I relax with some weed and music. I bet I have the best music playlist  Grin

I take some xanax. Gym... sex etc. Or read a book about evolution. Whatever. Just know if you are sad, change people around you Wink

Most of the time I’m happy but in those rare moments I usually watch some stand up to make me laugh.

I would have thought, that you maybe listened to some music or compose a new concerto  Grin

When I am sad I will feel the sadness right inside of my chest area - maybe right about where the blood pump is located. It is a heavy feeling right about there that now must move away from that area. Next thing I know (with some intentional for this to happen), is tears that develop and it rolls over my cheeks. I make sure I taste the saltiness and feel the warmth of the tears as it runs over my cheeks. I will just let this play out (for however long it takes) and the heaviness over the chest area is now lessened and eventually resolved through the tears. It works amazingly well for me.

I'd like to go sleeping when I feel sad. But sometimes I can't sleep well. Wink
