I think it is important, but it`s getting more and more unneccessary because of the natural sciences, which brings us more and more facts. Facts are more important than speculations.

I'd say that Philosophy is more important now than it has been for the last three decades. But why is "explain certain behavior of people" the litmus of importance?

To me, philosophy is the origin of all (advanced) knowledge. The act of ruminating about a topic itself is prerequisite for the possibility to understand the depths of any topic. I wonder if people began to philosophize just to be able to manipulate things around them but then started to gain interest in more abstract concepts.

Philosophy is useful for us but we must be able to balance it in life because philosophy is also not good for life because philosophy is a science that emphasizes a thought

Philosophy is an interesting science and it can sometimes be used in life, but you need to balance everything. Now it has almost lost its use in everyday life.

yeah for specially for those who really think on their daily life, maybe for those who not. but i bet in every profession in this world uses this subject matter in order to build their fundamentals and principles. for the engineers and accountants for example. in their prospectus they have philosophy subjects for them to understand engineering and accounting principles.
