Gambling sites that give some small funds can encourage gamblers to gamble more in their site. In a way, it is good because gamblers can gamble without using their own funds. Promotions and incentives are part of marketing strategy. Of course a lot of users will gather in that site due to the fact that you are doing incentives. Some of it are giving free coins but I do not like it most of the time the coins they will generate is still in the proces for crowd funding activity and it will also needed to be listed in an exchange.

If I would like the to site or the project to be big then one should learn how to be patient and also learn how to take risk by giving incentives and promos.

What do you mean by ban from the market? Nobody can do that in the internet. We can make people aware but this is not a regulated place to ban someone. There is nothing like "Internet police" to check which business should be banned and which one not. That is a bad thing about decentralization though. Scammers will always try to take advantage of this.

Promotion of good projects is another thing but talking about scams, one should check the reputation of the site before they visit and decide to play with their money.

Yes, that is true. There are so many ways to promote gambling but make sure it is so hooked to play. Many of promotion in gambling is scam thats why some people will think twice before they visit the site. You're certainly right with your point mate, those scam promotion should be banned. As for me when there's a promotion for every gambling site, I think that their strategy to attract more new customers to join with them. With that ways they'll be able to obtain a bigger potential gambling capacity to handle funds of every gambling bets investments. If ever there's a sign of probable scams, it can be transparently be determined once there's a discrepancy that will occur in the long run.
