Playing around with, then satoshi dice, then eventually they end up on SR, Has to be bitcoin's killer feature.
So far I've mostly used them on very small scale Bitcoin sports betting. Way easier than trying to get money in and out of conventional sports books.
Only for speculation. (and donating to this forum so-far)...

I plan on using it to buy games mostly. Been earning some BTC through daytrading as well though. Might look towards buying a tablet.
I plan to use some on SR and also save a few for a rainy day. It's been fun watching the market fluctuate a little.

Right now I use them to buy more hardware to get MOUR coins. 
I subscribed to the Bitcoin Magazine, and I keep a portion of my saving's in Bitcoin to hedge against the world's banks.
