I salute trustdice for asking the community and our request to improve their casino! It's a nice thing to ask even you are a established casino, We can normally see casino asking for advises only when they are still new. I also agree with other post above, More low to zero gas deposit options. TRX, Matic and BNB would be a nice additional to your accepted coins. Also it would be nice to add some dog tokens like DOGE and SHIB for those people who want to just want to spend their tokens since it doesn't have that much utility also has low fees. Also internal swapping of coins would be sweet! ex. Swapping your BTC to TRX just because TRX given that TRX has low fees.
So many coins already mentioned but I personally prefer adding two or three of the old coins like Doge and LTC. Why not do an initial poll in your community? Pick five of the top requested and have another round of voting. Maybe you could also make improvements on your reward structure to better serve both new and loyal players.

I'm suggesting Litecoin, Dogecoin, TRX, and even BNB/BUSD if possible. Those are tokens that I usually on most gambling casino and has lesser fees and faster transaction speed. If also possible, in platform token conversion so in case someone would like to withdraw on other crypto, they'll be able to do so. You made a very important point here, because due to high volatility of some altcoin most casino decide to either stay with a few stable coins for deposits or create their own women to support the ecosystem. Honestly, having bitcoin should really be enough but in nowadays competition where every platforms do make out standard on having lots of coins been accepted and mostly been on top ranking altcoins in the markettoo.What matter most is which a casino doesnt ask out some kyc and having that fast or instant withdraw.Payment options wont really that much of an issue yet majority will really be focusing on depositing Bitcoin.

Because EOS has a free transaction fee, does it mean a free withdrawal fee also for EOS?

To be honest, I thought your casino also accepted EOS? I thought I saw it as an option somewhere.
Hmm, well, I see that there is also EOS in the list of deposits, or only if it was not added today, and in general there are a huge number of coins and tokens there, I could get lost, but I counted more than 600 cryptocurrencies, it would not be bad if they did a search for the right tokens, flipping through the list is not very convenient.

How about adding a border design that varies depending on their level or even adding limited borders and badges for events and such? Just like from online games chatrooms.
